La pulizia . La colazione che non ci ha piaciuta la nostra richiesta non eh venuta ascoltata abbiamo richiesto rifiuto servizio la signora eh entrata ugualmente. La posizione era ottima. Confort zero letto tutto sfondato nonostante aveva altri 2 materassi di sotto per poi non ne parliamo della vasca doccia tutta muffa nera intorno. Mi dispiace a parlare male delle mie colleghe ma non si pulisce così un albergo il cliente va coccolato. Il cliente si deve sentire come ne a casa.
