Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at the Aira Boutique Hanoi! From booking to check out the staff could not have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were excellent in arranging tours and providing recommendations of what to do. The location is perfect, easy walking to the majority of places. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in a good location for exploring the old quarter and train street. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The restaurant and bar staff were amazingly fun and took great care of our large group. Highly recommend Aira.

What a beautiful and charming small hotel this is - With a lot of little luxuries big chains cannot offer you. The staff are absolutely fantastic - I cannot think of one who didn’t make you feel special and had a warmth about them that you don’t often find these days. The Spa, Sky Bar and the restaurant were all 5 star experiences as well.
The 2 rooms we stayed in over 2 stays either side of a trip to Ha Long Bay were stunningly presented and thankfully on checking out your room is checked by a member of staff to make sure you have not left anything behind which I did - both times and leaving my passport in the safe wasn’t my proudest moment !!
If you are ever in Hanoi this Hotel will not disappoint you

The Aira Boutique Hotel is a charming hotel with absolutely amazing staff. Today my granddaughter and I had tickets to the water puppets, arranged for us by hotel staff. Standing outside the hotel, I ordered a Grab, but it quickly became clear that cars were in short supply and we were unlikely to get to the performance in time. The staff had been watching and obviously realised we were in trouble. Susie, the receptionist, organised two of the staff to take us to the theatre on their motor bikes. Unbelievably kind and generous!!! This was over and above their duty and I can only say you will be lucky to stay here!! Beautiful hotel, great restaurant and truly amazing staff.

A really nice, great location, hotel. The staff was really welcoming and helpful, and the location of the hotel was in my opinion perfect. Everything is walkable, but with Hanoi traffic you need to be brave. The Spa was great, as we did a 90 min treatement there, highly recommended and affordable pricing.
The restaurant was good both forthe breakfast service and dinner. Very kind and service happy staff. The skybar was also visited almost every evening. So we would come back and visit for sure.

Aira Boutique Hotel in Hanoi is absolutely wonderful, situated a few metres from Train Street and a short walk into Old Town.
The hotel is built very much in the quaint French boutique style and is very comfortable.
The friendly, helpful service was amazing.
All the staff went over and above to provide a simply incredible experience - nothing was too much trouble.
I hurt my back on the second day and was promptly whisked off to a nearby private hospital, where a physiotherapist provided magical relief.
A huge big 'Thank You' to Laura, who arranged all of this.
They also arranged our Orchid Classic Cruise in Halong Bay for two nights.
Do not miss this!

The hotel is an updated older building near the heart of the old quarter. The decor was lovely, the staff welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the Essence restaurant upstairs was fabulous. We stopped for a couple dinners there as well . Lovely ambience, delicious food, attentive staff and beautiful presentation.

Lovely rooftop bar with views over Flag Tower (covered area with heaters too if needed).
Pool was very cold though but it was early January. Ate in restaurant first night. Excellent food and service.
And the bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for years. Or was that just to do with first proper sleep after a long flight!

Incredible service. They were very helpful and friendly and extra accommodating, specially since I was traveling solo.

This was our first stay for our one month in Vietnam travelling a family of four. Arriving in the hectic traffic of Hanoi with jetlag, meeting the staff in the reception felt like a warm hug. 🥰
We have loves our 5 datasystem AIRA, the rooms were amazing, the location is great, the vibe is homey and lovely, and the staff deserves all the praise.

Me and my mum stayed here for a night after spending a few nights in Vietnam. We dined in the restaurant which was amazing! Mina who was our waitress served us and she was great! Her English was very very good and she was very sociable and sweet! She couldn’t have done anything more for us! We decided to even stay another night so we could re visit the restaurant when she was working. Thank you so much mina for making Vietnam so special and memorable for us. You taught us lots of things about Vietnam and your culture. We could not of asked for better!

We just started our honeymoon and we're very happy with choosing Aira boutique Hanoi hotel & spa. The staff at both the reception and the sky bar were excellent. The room was very impressive with everything you'd expect. Tom at the reception was especially helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to start our trip off.

Christine and all the staff were so friendly during my one night stay! My room and the breakfast were lovely, so I would definitely recommend Aira Boutique to anyone looking to stay in this area. The bonus of having Train St nearby was a great surprise!

Stayed at the Aira boutique hotel for 5 nights in total. We had 2 nights at Halong bay in the middle and the hotel staff were very helpful storing our luggage during that time. We had an interconnecting room that had 1 main entry door. Master bedroom was good size, kids bedroom a little smaller but we had a hallway connecting the 2 rooms where we could put our luggage etc which was very useful. The breakfast was delicious and the decor in the restaurant was beautiful. The staff at the hotel were all lovely, especially Suzie and Laura on the front desk and the porters were always friendly and welcoming. Rooms serviced everday and they restocked the fridge daily with free soft drinks and water.
We loved the location of the hotel, just couple mins walk to Train Street and a few minutes further to the start of old Quarter. It was a 23 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and professional and giving excellent service. We got a Lovely room with good space. The position of the hotel is very good.
