Great location. Super staff. Excellent beds. Overall fantastic. Great value.
It was amazing experience stay in hotel all amenities are great full staff and front dest desk person are very helfull
Great hotel, friendly staff and great amenities.
The pool is great for rainy days.
Absolutely beautiful hotel with beautiful staff and exceptional service. The location is very central - just 2 minutes walk from Train Street and close to great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again and I couldn’t rate it more highly.
We spent 4 wonderful nights at this hotel. I must say, the thing that makes this hotel stand out is the care and consideration the staff bring. On our first evening we had a meal at the restaurant and everything was explained so carefully to us by 'Emily' 'Drake' and Another who's name has escaped me. From telling us about the dishes to talking to us about the history of their city, they gave us their time and attention. Drake particularly was so kind and talked to us, giving us recommendations of where to visit.
This hotel is a few mins walk from train street and pretty much central to all the main sites.
The room was comfortable and if we needed anything extra it was accommodated.
Thanks to you all for making our first trip to Vietnam so warm, comfortable and memorable. We had an extremely happy and relaxing visit.
Had 2 stays at the Aira Boutique Hotel (at the beginning and end of our holiday). Lovely hotel, good location - close enough to walk to everything (around 20 mins to Hoan Kiem Lake) but a bit out of the busy centre streets. Stayed in connecting family rooms and both were great. The staff were so friendly, helpful and polite it was lovely. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious and again found the staff to be fabulous - and the meal recommended by the lovely waitress was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
This hotel was the most top notch one I stayed in during my two week trip to Vietnam.
The facilities were immaculate, the staff were friendly and appeared to understand and speak English, the bed was comfortable, we appreciated the mini bae with cold waters and Coca Cola, and the breakfast was great! Even though other places may have had bigger buffet breakfasts, the food was quality at Aira, and we appreciated the a la carte options.
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, food and service were great. Buffet menu is the same everyday! All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Loved the decor and ambience of the hotel. Great location.
The hotel is serene escape from the hubbub of Hanoi! It is positioned perfectly, one block from Train Street and on the edge of the Old Quarter. I was happy not to be in the centre of the Old Quarter because the streets were less chaotic! The rooms were spacious and very clean, breakfast probably the best we've experienced, but what made the stay special was the team who looked after us. They were amazing. We are a family meeting from different sides of the world, kids from two to 20. They helped us with any requests and organised a private trip for us. Nothing was too much, everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend choosing Aira Boutique Hotel!
A beautiful enchanting boutique property right on the heart of Hanoi. On the cusp of the Old quarter everything is within walking distance making it a preferred stay option. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The staff is extremely professional & courteous. Politeness personified. Do consider this for your stay. Total value for money. I got one would certainly be a repeat guest. Thank you Team Aira 😊😊
The location is superb. It’s very close to the old quarter, where the maximum action happens and it’s just three minutes walk from the train Street so location is a big plus . The hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful and rooms and nice and cozy and evening drink at the sky bar is highly recommended.
Stayed 4 nights as a family of 6 (myself, husband, our 3 teenage kids and my mum), we had 3 rooms with standing balconies.
After a late-night arrival, we were warmly greeted by staff and provided a welcome drink and overview of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet.
All the staff were encountered were so kind and helpful, especially the breakfast staff who were so attentive and got to know us and offer insight into Hanoi. Breakfast has a great buffet assortment, and you could also order hot food and coffee (delish) from the menu.
We enjoyed the pool each day and the rooftop bar a couple of nights.
It took around 20 mins to walk into the old quarter, but we easily caught a taxi from outside when needed as well.
Would highly recommend.
Fantastic hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Great decor, stylish rooms and excellent breakfast. Staff bending over backwards to help with everything , even when we came back from a trip to Halong Bay and had to kill a couple hours before going to airport they offered we could come back there and they watched over our luggage while we went out and could even take a shower when getting back. We had a family room which was very decent size and had great beds.
Tony and Drake were amazing, honestly what can i say. They were attentive to all my needs friendly and overly helpful. Genuinely don’t have a bad word to say at all.
A Perfect Stay in Hanoi – Exceptional in Every Way!
Our stay at Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home.
The hotel is beautifully presented, with spacious, immaculately clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent facilities. Its location is perfect, close enough to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter, Hoàn Kiếm Lake, and many of the city's attractions, while still offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious Vietnamese and Western options. We also dined at the hotel's Essence Restaurant, and it was one of the best meals we had during our time in Vietnam. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional.
What truly sets Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa apart is its incredible staff. Christina and Tom and Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed made all the difference.
Thank you to everyone at Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa for making our time in Hanoi so special. We leave with wonderful memories and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, you won't be disappointed!
The most professional, happy, kind and accommodating people. Looked after my allergies with food. Felt like a part of a family
Sad to leave. Thank you xxoo
We had an excellent 2 night stay at your hotel , great location , really nice rooms and fabulous roof top bar .
Would highly recommend.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean
I admit I was a little skeptical at first staying a small boutique hotel as I am a Hyatt globalist and Bonvoy lifetime platinum member.
The hotel and rooms had such charm, the location was perfect in that you’re not in the middle of the French quarter but still so close to everything. I was also nervous that it would be loud with all the honking and street commotion but it was quiet in the rooms.
I booked separate rooms for my son and I and the hotel was so nice to upgrade us for both.
I would like to really call out all the wonderful employees who made this such a wonderful stay. The front desk staff, Ting, Yen, Susie and Christine. Those in the restaurant Sunny and Nora and the bellhop Johnny.
I felt they went above and beyond to make us so comfortable in a foreign country. We broke up our stay to go to Sapa for 2 nights and felt more than comfortable to leave our bags with them. When we got back for one more night everyone was so happy to see us return and greeted us so warmly.
I would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you’re looking to stay in the French quarter of Hanoi. Thank you guys!
