Hotel Conde d' Águeda

My stay at the hotel was short - only three days - but overall it was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly want to mention Nicole at reception and the gentleman who kindly fixed my television. Both were exceptionally polite and attentive, and I give them a big thumbs up for their service.

The only negative part of my experience was my interaction with the manager. She openly told me that the room I was given was not one of the best and had been allocated to me for that reason. I felt this comment was unnecessary and unprofessional, and it did not reflect well on the level of customer service. A polite and pleasant approach is always expected, and in this case I felt that was lacking.

Aside from that interaction, the rest of the staff made my stay enjoyable and left a positive impression.

Elevador quebrado durante os 3 dias que permanecemos lá, na chegada a equipe subiu com as bagagens, porém na saída, tivemos que descer com elas. Durante a estadia tivemos que subir e descer a pé os 4 andares entre o quarto e a recepção.

Very comfortable hotel with a great location on the Camino

O quarto era bastante confortável e limpo. Contudo o pequeno almoço foi uma decepção. Julgo que nem um hotel de 2 estrelas apresenta um pequeno almoço assim. Basicamente pão com leite e café, cereais e fatias bolo rei. Lamentável para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

The air conditioning did not cool off the room.

O quarto era agradável, espaçoso e confortável.
Pequeno almoço muito bom e diversificado.
Situa-se no centro da cidade, muito próximo de tudo.

M'encanta aquest hotel, el personal és molt amable i et fan sentitr com a casa. Quan estic per la zona, intento dormir sempre allà, perquè realment em sento molt a gust.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, uniquement la ventilation

L'ail faisait trop chaud dans la chambre, et la clime ne rafraichissait pas la chambre, mais le personnel était très professionnel

Um hotel 4 estrelas bom, atendimento bom e simpatico, limpo, localizado no centro, confortavel, restaurante p/o cafe-da-manha no ultimo andar c/otima vista e agradavel, buffet de cafe-da-manha mto bom. Havia um festival no centro portanto não podia-se abrir as janelas devido a musica alta até apos meia-noite...e nosso ar condicionado não esfriava...

An excellent deal included breakfast and free parking. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Surely the best place to stay if visiting Agueda.

Tudo 100% como na primeira vez. É uma ótima opção em Águeda.

The hotel is located really close to main attractions, little confusing how to get to the main entrance but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available. Room was clean and quiet.
