La posizione è assolutamente strategica per chi vuole raggiungere rapidamente a piedi le stazioni ferroviarie Nord ed Est. Con una breve camminata si arriva facilmente anche a Montmartre.
L'alloggio per 4 adulti (due camere, un bagno) era spazioso. I materassi si sono rivelati confortevoli, con un buon sostegno per la schiena.

Cons:

I locali e gli arredi sono vetusti e su dettagli e pulizia è meglio chiudere un occhio (ma il bagno era comunque sufficientemente pulito). Le finestre del nostro alloggio davano sulla strada, trafficata e piuttosto rumorosa anche nel cuore della notte. Non c'è l'aria condizionata: nelle stanze erano disponibili due ventilatori, ma non funzionavano bene (tuttavia la temperatura in camera era inferiore a quella esterna, che durate il nostro soggiorno registrava 36 °C alle 22:00).

I was able to get a room booking here at short notice., and it was located in a traditional Parisian building within walking distance of the Gare du Nord (perfect for the price, as I had a train to catch the next morning)

The staff were friendly, the room and bathoom (with towels) were clean and was fine for one night. The metro was very close (very easy to reach the Sacre Coeur). In spite of traffic my room was quiet, and I had no problems getting to sleep.

Some people might not like the age of the building, and the lack of a restaurant or cafe in the hotel, but there are plenty close by, as well as a branch of Carrefour if you want to stock up on snacks etc for your onward journey.

Cons:

It might be a bit basic for some people, and the hustle and bustle of the surroundings might not be to everyone's liking.

bon moment et lieu idéalement souhaité
Pros:

accueil charmant et bon hospitalité. Le + de ce séjour fut le dépôt de nos bagages, le dernier jour, pour pouvoir profiter de PARIS sans encombres. Merci à eux

Cons:

Franchement, pour le prix, il n'y a pas grand chose à améliorer. Pas de surprise et c'est tant mieux.
