La ubicación, está bien conectado.

Cons:

Esperábamos algo decente. La habitación es muy pequeña. Cuando llegamos, el suelo estaba sucio y la cama también, con manchas raras en las sábanas. La zona no es segura por la noche, no paraban de escucharse sirenas de coches, no sé si de la policía o de ambulancias. La ducha no está bien diseñada porque es muy elevada y el plato estaba muy sucio y era muy resbaladizo, tanto que me di un golpe muy fuerte en la pierna.

Lo peor fue que el último día, al intentar deslizar la cortina, se me cayó la barra metálica directamente sobre el dedo del pie. Lo observamos y no estaba bien colocada y los tornillos estaban sueltos. Sospechamos una fractura en un primer momento, cosa que comentamos al recepcionista, quien nos contestó que con un poco de alcohol se curaba.
Esa misma noche fui a urgencias y estoy esperando la cita para la radiografía y la obtención de un informe médico para la reclamación.
En conclusión, la ubicación es decente, ya que conecta con todo, pero si buscan comodidad y seguridad, no es la mejor opción.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi montmartre.
Fermate autobus per il centro città a 50m.
Gare du nord a 100m.

Cons:

Pulizia scadente:
dal copriletto macchiato, alla polvere ovunque persino sul lampadario al cattivo odore che saliva su dai tubi di scarico del bagno.

Great location close to Gare du Nord, decent hotel and overall good stay. Would definitely come back
Pros:

We had a great time, the hotel location was good and facilities were fine.

Cons:

The only downfall were the spiral stairs but nothing can be changed there

Great location but it is low budget and you get what you pay for!
Pros:

Great location. It is 5min from Gare du Nord, so great for late arrivals/early departures, and only about a 15m walk to Sacre Couer. And it's cheap. Really cheap. The shower worked well (decent temperature/good pressure), towels were refreshed daily and the place was generally clean.

Cons:

The noise! Boulevard de Magenta is a busy road and you can hear every car go by (and car horns all night when Senegal win the football). The walls are paper thin so you can also hear everything going on in the rooms either side and above. Loo door was broken too, so it is definitely getting a bit tired.

Lovely stay, excellent location
Pros:

The room exceeded my expectations, especially after reading some of the reviews. Beds were comfortable, no disruptive noise from our room (4th floor). Cleaning was good and so were the basic amenities.
The location is excellent, meaning no dependency on public transport or traffic conditions to and from Gare du Nord.
There was a fan in the room which helped us through the warm nights, and also a fridge/freezer which we didn't need to use.
There is a "luggage room" free of charge which is unmanned and luckily we could fit our bags as it was pretty full. Leaving luggage there was crucial for us to enjoy our last day in the city.

Cons:

You could argue that luggage room is unmanned and it could be unsafe but that's your own responsibility I guess, if anything Gare du Nord offers a paid service just across the road. We took the risk as nothing valuable in the bags!
