Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again if in the area
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, I loved the hot hand towel on arrival! The property was clean and the view on to the snowy courtyard was beautiful.

This was the very best place to visit and the hotel was amazing.
Pros:

Breakfast provided an excellent variety. We especially enjoyed the fresh melon and pineapple. The little omelettes were delicious. Too many things to give praise - something to suit everyone!

Price, facilities and location great. Staff worked hard to make our stay perfect.
Pros:

Although we were booked into the standard rooms these were very clean and spacious with a lovely terrace area. The restaurant choices were amazing and food very reasonably priced even with a Michelin recommendation. Breakfasts were plentiful and the choice was good. All of the staff worked really hard to make us feel welcome. Hotel is handy for the pretty town centre and access to skibus and train stops (for Zugspitze pistes)

Overall, we'd recommend the Hotel Zugspitze for its location, views, and atmosphere.
Pros:

The location is wonderful with nice views of the mountains and easy access into the main part of town and train station. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast has a nice variety and dinner was good too. The front desk can help with train tickets to the Zugspitze as well.

Cons:

This may be intentional, but the pool was very cold and the whirlpool was lukewarm at best. While service was a bit relaxed with timeliness, everyone was friendly and helpful. I am not a fan of carpets in the room as they seem a bit dated and dirty.

Amazing stay for families and couples
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, and staff really friendly and nice with us throughout the whole stay. Location was great as it sits within 7 minutes walking distance from central station.

Great family hotel
Pros:

Very good family hotel. Centrally located. Rooms are a bit outdated but spacious and clean. Bathroom is new(er) and modern. Great facilities with pool, whirlpool and spa. Extensive breakfast and nice, authentic restaurants on site.

Cons:

Interior of rooms needs a refreshment. Pool
and whirlpool could be warmer. When staying at the hotel, parking should be free for guests.

Excellent Hotel!
Pros:

Every detail was excellent and very accommodating! Excellent Hotel!

Breakfast was great, Spa didnt use but visited to see and it looked great! Room excellent with in room Cappuccino machine and mineral water. Very friendly staff and excellent location in the center of town!
