Great family hotel
Pros:

Very good family hotel. Centrally located. Rooms are a bit outdated but spacious and clean. Bathroom is new(er) and modern. Great facilities with pool, whirlpool and spa. Extensive breakfast and nice, authentic restaurants on site.

Cons:

Interior of rooms needs a refreshment. Pool
and whirlpool could be warmer. When staying at the hotel, parking should be free for guests.

Excellent Hotel!
Pros:

Every detail was excellent and very accommodating! Excellent Hotel!

Breakfast was great, Spa didnt use but visited to see and it looked great! Room excellent with in room Cappuccino machine and mineral water. Very friendly staff and excellent location in the center of town!

This was our second stay there and hope to go again.
Pros:

The Breakfast was always delicious and the staff so friendly. We enjoyed the spa and just hanging in the sweet room next to the lobby. The best part of this hotel was the location.

Cons:

The Spa was closed for services on Sunday. We later found out almost all spas were closed on Sunday.

Personal ist mega Freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben oft alles im Blick, sodass man geholfen wird, bevor man überhaupt frägt (besonders beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption)

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich, geräumige Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit zahlreichen vegetarischen und veganen Optionen

Cons:

Häufig Fleisch in vielen Gerichten, besonders zur Jause, im Vergleich zu den Vorteilen jedoch eine Kleinigkeit.

Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, alles blitzsauber, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, Restaurant am Abend auch sehr zu empfehlen

Cons:

Zimmer war über der Küche- bis 21:30 war es zu hören, permanentes Brummen vom Abzug/ Kühlschränke? Mit Ohrstöpsel war es ok

It's not the first time we accommodate in the zugspitze hotel.
We like the location close to the center of Garmish Parterkichen.
The stuff is very friendly .The room is cosy and comfortable.
And the afternoon coffee ☕️ and snacks which are free.

So good we’d stay there again in a heartbeat
Pros:

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Typical alpine feel. Staff were excellent. The suite was huge and so comfortable with amazing views of the mountains. Lovely breakfast. Great location. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Five stars
