Отзывчивый персонал на reception, чистый и уютный номер с климатизацией, терасса с видом на озеро, расположение на первой линии, парковка для автомобиля в 150 метрах от отеля, входящая в стоимость проживания.

Cons:

Вечернее обслуживание в ресторане Sole 12.07.2026 было ужасным. При регистрации нам выдали талон на скидку 10% на заказ в этом ресторане. При заказе пиццы на вынос отказались принимать этот талон, аргументировав тем, что уже вечер. Пиццу мы, тем не менее, заказали и нам сказали подождать 10 - 15 мин. Мы отошли на набережную, а вернувшись через 20 мин. узнали, что пиццу никто не готовил и сообщили они нам об этом с нескрываемой насмешкой. Пришлось купить пиццу в другом месте.
Завтрак, входивший в стоимость проживания был великолепен, с широким разнообразием блюд. Утром 13.07.2026 персонал был вежлив и приятен.

Trotz allem war es sehr schön am Gardasee.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Direkt an der Promenade und in der Altstadt. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen super Blick auf die Berge und den Gardasee. Es gibt auch eine Dachterasse. Das Personal war freundlich. Ringsum gab es viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Eis war sehr lecker 😋

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ok für 2 Personen. Aber das Bad ging garnicht 😫. Das war sehr klein und es gab keine, aber auch wirklich keine einzige Ablagefläche für Kosmetikartikel. Bei unseren Freunden war das besser. Ja, wahrscheinlich einfach mal wieder Pech gehabt😥. Frühstück war ok. Es gab Wurst, Käse, Eier in verschiedenen Varianten , Joghurt, Marmelade, Croissant und Kuchen. Leider war es jeden Tag dasselbe. Keinen Schinken oder frisches Obst, nur Melone.
