L’emplacement en bord de mer est parfait. Les piscines sont très bien et suffisantes pour le nombre de résidents en octobre (à voir en été). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Notre chambre était spacieuse.
Le fait que la salle de sport soit payante. Les résidents qui réservent leur place au bord de la piscine dès 8h du matin. La formule en tout inclus engendre un gaspillage alimentaire (c’est un manque de respect des clients et non une faute de l’hôtel)
Le petit park aquatique pour petits et grands est sympa. L’hotel est beau, il est coloré c’est agréable et il est bien situé. Les cocktails sont bon et on a apprécié le petit déjeuner.
Le buffet du soir est assez répétitif et parfois la cuisson des viandes est mal géré.
Fui con la familia para la carrera de La Desértica y lo pasamos muy bien. Del hotel destacaría la amabilidad del personal, sus instalaciones, pues tienes muchas zonas para estar, las piscinas, que son amplias están bastante bien y el buffet que también nos gustó mucho. Detalles: para empezar nos ofrecieron a los corredores el desayuno muy temprano, lo que agradecí enormemente, a la hora de cenar la jefa de sala y los camareros te atendían fenomenal y te ubicaban rápidamente, incluso a un grupo grande como el nuestro. Ese fin de semana hubo un temporal fuerte de lluvia en la zona y a pesar de algunas entradas de agua en el hotel por causas ajenas a ellos respondieron fenomenal, pusieron todo su empeño para limpiar y acondicionar las habitaciones afectadas e incluso nos invitaron a comer el domingo, aunque no pudimos porque nos íbamos ya de viaje. En definitiva chapeau por el personal del hotel

El trabajador que nos toco en recepcion para hacer el check-in, parecia que le costaba la misma vida hablar, no se le entendia nada muy poco comunicativo, la limpieza de la habitacion regular, al entrar se notaba todo los lamparones de la fregona en el suelo, no toco planta baja y todas las puertas del pasillo y muebles estan inchadas de haberse mojado, cosa que sucedio por el mal tiempo que hizo, yq que se inundo la planta baja, no es culpa suya el mal tiempo pero deberian estar preparado, tampoco es culpa mia pagar una habitacion y que se inunde, la repcion y zonas comunes muy bien, pero habia sofales que necesitaban un limpiato los cojines

A partir de las 21:30 es imposible comer algo en el hotel. Ni siquiera un paquete de patatas. Hay una máquina de vending que sólo tienen bebidas
