Mucho que mejorar
Pros:

La comida. Cuenta con muy buena cocina.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación antigua y estaba todo en mal estado. No teníamos agua calaba, cisterna rota, interruptor roto, un día sin agua.
Hay habitaciones nuevas pero nos toco una antigua, así que todo mal. La limpieza, fatal. Está todo sucio.

Piscinas y la climaticacio

Cons:

Las bebidas muy limitadas, siempre el mismo granizado, no picaban el hielo en los cockteles(1er día si), agua no embotellada o mineral, las patatas de bolsa te las ofrecían en vasos de plástico. En otros hoteles te Dan la bolsa de 30gramos y la botella de agua pequeña. No habían artículos de aseo en el baño. Solo gorros de ducha. Los jabones vacíos, la tv no funcionaba, no salía agua caliente, el teléfono de la habitación desconectado y obsoleto, riel del armario fuera de sitio... Escasa animación y actividades. Precio caro para lo que es. He ido a otros por la zona, y esperaba más de éste.

Volveremos a repetir
Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien, se ve que esta reformado. Lo mas importante el trato cercano del personal, hacer especial mención a Fran y Sandra que nos trataron de lujo en el comedor y a los socorristas. Así da gusto estar alojado en un hotel. También recordar a los chicos de animación que se lo curran mucho. Y los toboganes una pasada para los niños

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, la antena de la televisión de la habitación no funcionaba muy bien y no se veían la mayoría de los canales. Un fallo en epoca de mundial de futbol

Pros:

Encantado con mi alojamiento en el hotel por varios motivos: para ser temporada alta sorprendetemente nada de esperas para el desayuno, comida y cena por lo que vas tranquilo sin prisas para poder disfrutar del día.
Al igual que las hamacas podías coger hamaca sin madrugar para reservar como pasa en la mayoría de los hoteles.
Estos factores dan un plus en vacaciones que no se encuentra en prácticamente ningún hotel para poder disfrutar.

Cons:

Los refrescos del restaurante estaban intomables, aunque pagues por ellos son de refill.
Muy mejorable la animación (pocas por no decir ninguna actividad para adultos), y la limpieza de las piscinas escasea.

La comodidad de las piscinas para los niños pequeños, al tener distintas alturas era magnífico para nuestra tranquilidad con ellos en el agua.

Por poner algo, el tema de aparcamiento...pero una vez bien aparcado, todo es tranquilidad.

La ubicación al lado de la playa y sus 5 piscinas. La animación y shows de por la noche. El buffet bastante variado y todo muy rico.

Cons:

La bañera estaba bastante resbaladiza y si querías ducharte tenías que tener cuidado.
