La ubicación en primera línea de playa y el estado de las instalaciones que están en proceso de remodelación y se están quedando muy bien. Nuestra estancia incluía desayuno y decir que fue genial.
Nada en concreto, si acaso el tema del aparcamiento que está un poco escaso.
No me gustó absolutamente nada:
1.- Que me llamasen sólo 7 días antes de la llegada prevista, para decirme que el hotel estaría cerrado en las fechas reservadas, reserva que se había efectuado en el mes de Noviembre.
2.- Aún menos que me dijesen, por teléfono y por correo electrónico, que me pasarían la reserva al hotel Playa Capricho en las mismas condiciones, cosa que acepté por escrito, y al tratar de confirmar la reserva en dicho hotel, el día anterior a mi llegada, me dijesen que allí NO EXISTÍA NINGUNA RESERVA.
Todo salvo ...
... Tuvimos la mala suerte de tener una habitación justo al lado del hall y por la noche hubo animación. Mucho ruido. La razón de nuestra estancia era el descanso. Algo que tomar en cuenta si vais a descansar.
The hotel is a wonderful location the food was great. A lot of options including for children and allergies. I will be coming back
Unfortunately during busy times the public WCs are not cleaned enough, both by the pool and lobby area including disbabled toilet.
Not the nicest experience when you bring your child into use the bathroom.
I would love to see this improved before my next visit
La verdad q estuvo todo muy bien . La comida super bien mucha variedad .
Me falta un poco más de animación para niños y por la noche más para los adultos ( música moderna ….)
