Tuba oli puhas ja ruumikas (peretuba). Voodid olid mugavad ja voodipesu nii pehme. Meeldis väga, et allkorrusel oli võimalik kasutada mikrokat ja veekeetjat, olemas olid nõud ja tassid. Kohvi ja snäki automaat oli ka. Hotellil ka mõned tasuta parkimiskohad klientidele.

Parkimiskohtadega reegel, et kes ees, see mees. Kui ilma jääd, siis ümbruskonnas suht kallis parkimine.
