Toller Pool, aussen und Innen, gutes Essen, ruhiges und großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, großer Fitness Raum

Cons:

Öffnungszeiten Pool.
Morgens zu spät (ab 7 30 Uhr) und Außenpool schließt abends schon um 19.00 Uhr, Badegäste im Pool nehmen teilweise keine Rücksicht auf andere Badegäste (Familien mit Kindern) aber dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts.

Sehr angenehmes Wellness-Wochenende
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, der Service ist wirklich sehr angenehm und ausgezeichnet. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut, tolles Buffet und tolles Abendessen.

Cons:

Für die Anzahl der Gäste gibt es zu wenig Liegen. Schön wäre es, wenn direkt am Pool auch noch Liegen stehen würden

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit Ausblick direkt zum Forggensee. Abendessen war hervorragend, das Servicepersonal überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich und hat gut auf einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel eingestimmt (u.a. der Hinweis auf die Nachbuchung von Halbpension war sehr kundenfreundlich).

Cons:

Die Matratzentopper waren unbequem, hatten Wellen. Im Doppelzimmer gab es nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit (ein Sessel).

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel is located within easy reach to Fuessen and the King's Castles. There are also lots of cycling routes in the area. The en suite room was clean and spacious. While the breakfast buffet was vast and excellent, the dinner choice and quality was not and in my opinion was overpriced. The swimming pools and surroundings were clean and offered nice views of mountains and the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dinner choices and quality could be improved.
