Lokalizacja, fajna strefa SPA.

Cons:

Personel słabo mówi po angielsku. Brak opisów angielskich m.in. w garażu. Halas w hotelu po 22:00, smród na klatce schodowej w kierunku garażu. Brak mini baru w pokoju. Brak zestawu do kawy i herbaty w pokoju. Widok z sauny panoramiczny na ogromny słup wysokiego napięcia, kable przebiegają nad leżakami. Jak na hotel **** poza ogórkami I pomidorami bez smaku to trochę malo z warzyw. Hotel typowy dla Niemców lubiących tłuste jedzenie, jajecznica sucha jak wiór, naleśniki ociekajace tłuszczem. Ten hotel to najdroższa rezerwacja naszej podróży po Bawarii i największe rozczarowanie. W pokoju nawalone tyle elementow, że nie wiadomo na czym się skupić, jak dla mnie straszny kicz - ale gusta mogą być różne. Mimo pięknej natury wszechobecne remonty, smród fajek i halasujacy Niemcy po nocy skutecznie odstraszają od polecenia tego miejsca. W naszej opinii nie warto przepłacać.

Pros:

Otel çok güzel bir konumda... Alpensee'ye sıfır ve göl manzaralı odaları var... Şuana kadar gördüğüm en iyi sauna bu otelde... Panaroma sauna da gölü izleyerek dinlenebilirsiniz... Odaları geniş, temiz ve konforlu... Sabah kahvaltısı zengin... Füssen şehir merkezine arabayla 8 dk... Ücretsiz otoparkı mevcut.... Otelden çıkıp göl kenarında yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz... Dış havuzunda yüzerken Alp dağlarını izleyebilirsiniz...

Yastıkları aşırı volümsüz... Yumuşak... Ben uyurken burnumu kapattığı için bu tür yastıklardan nefret ederim... Daha ergonomik yastıkları seçmeliler... Türkiye den çok uyguna alabilirler...

Gut, aber keine 5 Sterne und die Küche für diese Preise nicht gerecht.

Die Außenterasse und das Frühstück waren genial, der Wellnessbereich und die Anwendungen ausgezeichnet!

Cons:

Der angebliche „Bayerische Abend“ war von der Essensauswahl her ein Witz. Gelangweilter Koch bei der Essensausgabe, Leberknödelsuppe wurde bei der Eisdiele ausgegeben. Keine typisch bayerische Speisen wie Leberkäse, Weißwürste, Kaiserschmarrn uvm.

Decent hotel, but way overpriced
Pros:

Great location, wonderful breakfast, professional reception desk staff, large and comfortable room, modern bathroom.

Cons:

1) No air conditioning, 2) While the hotel is great for visiting the castle and it’s close to the lake, it doesn’t face the lake, 3) Hotel caters to German tourists and Americans must not stay there often as all hotel information is in German, for instance there was a piano player at night, we would have loved to listen but didn’t know about this activity; perhaps it was provided in the packet of information we received at checkin; since, everything was in German, we didn’t know; 4) All staff except reception were cold and aloof and made me feel like I was imposing if I asked a question; 5) Hotel is exceptionally overpriced even in low season - paying half of what we paid would have been reasonable.

Die Lage am See um mit dem Fahrrad zu starten war sehr gut.Das Frühstück war auch okay.

Cons:

Wir waren in einem Hotelteil mit Hunden untergebracht.Gebell und auch Gerüche waren sehr unangenehm.
Die Küche beim Abendessen war leider für so ein teures Hotel nicht gut.Das Vorspeisenbuffet für 15.00 Euro p.P nur mit SALAT!!! Das Filet danach war trocken und bis die Zusatzsauce kam auch kalt.Wir assen dann auswärts am nächsten Abend. Der letzte Abend bestellten wir das Schnitzel Wienerart (Schwein)mit Pommes zu 24.00 Euro , bekommt man aber in einer Imbissbude besser und günstiger.Auch wieder habe nach Sauce dazu gefragt, wurde aber nicht gebracht und auch nicht begründet weshalb es keine gab.Wir sind sehr enttäuscht da es vor 1.5 Jahren viel besser war.

Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in toller Lage mit hervorragendem Service und idealen Möglichkeiten für Aktiv
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns die tolle Lage am See sowie die Nähe zur Altstadt von Füssen. Das Hotel ist ideal für Radfahrer und Wanderer geeignet. Auch die Sauna- und Poollandschaft war sehr schön. Das Essen war durchweg lecker und das Hotel insgesamt sehr hundefreundlich. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir außerdem das sehr freundliche Servicepersonal – besonders Sören, bester Mann – sowie die Zimmerreinigung. Kostenlose E-Lademöglichkeiten und ausreichend Parkplätze runden den Aufenthalt perfekt ab.

Cons:

Teilweise wirkt das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Möbel im Zimmer waren bereits etwas abgegriffen, auch wenn alles sauber war. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte stellenweise etwas unterkühlt.

Wellness in Ordnung - Essen hervorragend
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt ein kleineres Stück entfernt von der Füssener Innenstadt und kann fußläufig erreicht werden.
Das Haus ist sauber, hoch- und neuwertig eingerichtet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und verläuft sich bei größerem Andrang gut.
Das Abendessen kann optimal dazu gebucht werden - über den Preis sollte man sich vorher informieren, ggf. Halbpension an der Rezeption hinzugefügt werden. Auch hier gilt - lecker und üppig.
Innen- sowie Außenpool sehr schön.

Cons:

Der Spabereich ist grundsätzlich schön mit vier Saunen und Ruhebereich gut ausgestattet. Etwas schade war, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes kaum Personal vor Ort war - Snacks, Handtücher, etc. wurden ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit nicht nachgefüllt.
Die Zimmer waren zum Flur und im Bad etwas hellhörig, sodass man Flurgeräusche, schließende Türen und Kanalgeräusche wahrgenommen hat.
