Fint, bra billigt boende mitt i centrum.
Pros:

Läget. Stort rum med en stor skön dubbelsäng. Bra med hiss. Fin utsikt mot den fantastiska innergården. Lyxig frukost.

Cons:

Heltäckningsmattan kändes inte så fräsch, den var dessutom vit/ ljusgrå. Fläckar syntes.

A place for low spenders in Berlin with good connections to public transports, don't expect luxury
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the bed was confortable. The location was somewhat central and we could reach teh train station easily. AC was workign fine and windows were big but it was possible to close them completelly.

Cons:

As many reported the place is right next to a railroad, which was somewhat no too disturbing as many other reviewers have shared. The lack of staff was not noticed as we did not need anything specific above what we got, but we do unterstand that if we would have needed some support, we would have been out of luck. The big drawing on the wall of the room was alright ... even if plain color would have been better.

Not recommended for families with young children

The location was excellent, the place was clean

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were also some things I did not like. A train/metro passes directly on the other side of the wall, and the noise was very noticeable, especially at night. When I first entered the room, I was surprised to see earplugs provided — I later understood that they are basically necessary for sleeping without being disturbed by the noise.

I had also specifically requested a baby cot, but unfortunately it was broken. Travelling with a 1-year-old child and having to sleep in the same bed was very difficult and uncomfortable.

For these reasons, I would not recommend this place for families travelling with young children.

Tragiczny standard pokoju. Strach chodzić po tej wykładzinie.
Pros:

Obiekt sam w sobie jest zlokalizowany praktycznie w centrum – super lokalizacją.

Cons:

Niestety moja ocena tego obiektu będzie bardzo krytyczna.
Obiekt niestety graniczy z trasą metra które bardzo mocno słychać – jak ktoś ma pokój od ulicy albo od torów to strach się bać.
Śniadanie bardzo podstawowe i klasyczne. Przyznam szczerze, że średnie – łącznie z niedopieczonymi bułkami gdzie było czuć drożdże.
Masakrą okazał się pokój z brudnymi i zniszczonymi ścianami. Najgorsze co jest bez komentarza to podłoga. Brudna zanieczyszczona, zachlapana nie wiadomo czym wykładzina. Grzyb pod prysznicem, brudna suszarka do włosów. Brak wody w pokoju.

Po przyjeździe do hotelu zgłosiłem problem z wykładziną – dostałem informację, że room service nie posprzątał podłogi z braku czasu i nie udało im się jej wyczyścić. BZDURA i kłamstwo bo ta podłoga w żadnym stopniu nie była prana. Na moją skargę dostałem informację o tym, że mogą mi oddać 30Euro za nocleg… co jest kpiną patrząc ile kosztowały mnie 2 noce.
Zobaczcie zdjęcia i sami oceńcie czy chcecie w tym obiekcie nocować.

Na moment pisania recenzji hotelu nie dostałem przelewu / zadośćuczynienia.

Dodatkowo zepsute są drzwi do klatki schodowej - czyli przy otwartej bramie przy ulicy - każdy może wejść do obiektu.
