It was okay .
Pros:

I liked that our host was nice that approached us . Although he didn’t answer the phone when we called numerous of times because we got lost . I really loved the pool area and we could sit anywhere we liked without being bothered by anyone . I didn’t like the second person who approached us as she didn’t recharge our card the first time for some reason she seemed nice then she had an attitude for some reason don’t know why . Manager was very judgemental and we felt like we were interrupting them and their team meeting . I don’t think they should have team meetings when having guest over that should be done in their own time not when guest are arriving and feelings like we are interrupting them when we are walking in and out . I didn’t like the fact that when we checked out dude didn’t wanna open the gate until he probably checked our room it makes guest feel untrustworthy because why would they wanna do anything wrong if they are paying for the place where they are staying at so low . Very stingy with toilet rolls and soap even though we extended very cheap . I liked that they had prime video where we could stream our series . Didn’t like the fact that people and workers are so noisy 6 am I. The morning and don’t consider other people when they’re sleeping . Very disturbing . The mountain to drive up is very dangerous as there are no stopping rails to prevent cars from falling down the mountain one wrong turn and you can literally run down with your car .

Cons:

That they’re stingy with toilet rolls and soap and the eco shower thing it’s very difficult trying to shower and the tap that’s connected to the shower cheap . The ladder supposed to be all times in the pool don’t know who and why they take it out why should guest put it in ?

Really wonderful location to enjoy view of the city, BoKaap vibes, access to city and mountain
Pros:

The view, excellent packed lunch and for allowing us to swim after walk and check out

Cons:

We walked to V&A Waterfront and Lions Head - should have been told could walk out the bottom gate !!!!

The view
The staff was friendly and helpful, just noisy

Cons:

Rooms were too small and too little place to move.
Had to ask several times for either towels, milk or coffee that was not replenished every day. But the staff was friendly and always helped immediately.
