De modo geral, é uma hospedagem funcional e bem localizada, mas com alguns pontos que podem ser melh
Pros:

O hotel tem uma localização muito conveniente, próximo à estação e com fácil acesso à região. O quarto era amplo, confortável e acomodou bem nosso grupo.

Cons:

Nossa experiência no check-in não foi das melhores. Uma das taxas já havia sido paga pelo Booking, mas o pagamento não constava no sistema do hotel. Ao invés de nos auxiliar na resolução da situação, o recepcionista que nos atendeu foi pouco receptivo e orientou que resolvêssemos diretamente com o Booking, insistindo que o pagamento deveria ser feito novamente ao hotel.

Além disso, apesar do quarto ser espaçoso e confortável, percebemos cheiro de mofo nos carpetes e nas cortinas, o que impactou a sensação de limpeza do ambiente.

Buon hotel per visitare Genova
Pros:

Bella Stanza, colazione abbondante e varia.
Ottima la posizione, ad un passo dalla stazione e dal centro.

Cons:

La camera dava sulla via Balbi che è molto rumorosa.
Le tende per la notte lasciano traspirare molta luce.

Mi piace sempre tornare da loro.
Pros:

Personale sempre cordiale e aiutevole. Torniamo la terza volta cosí sappiamo cosa ci aspetta. Ci hanno dato una camera piú grande come sorpresa <3 Era un gesto molto carino.

Cons:

Misura della doccia. La testina della doccia é fissa, io personalmente preferisco quello mobile. Peró danno la cuffia che é una cosa brava.

Sempre cordiali e camera pulita
Pros:

Tutto andato bene! Come sempre. Torniamo ogni anno per 1-1 notte prima e dopo della nostra crociera. La signora chi fa la colazione, é carinissima! Tutto il personale sono cordiali e aiutevoli. Grazie il vostro lavoro!

Cons:

Se dovrei scrivere qualcosa per forza : é la doccia con la testina fissa. Ma niente problema, danno la cuffia di doccia :)

진심으로 감사드립니다. 호텔이 깨끗하고 접근성이 좋아서 여행하기에는 딱 좋았습니다. 약간의 아쉬움은 장시간 여행으로 큰 캐리어를 준비했는데 엘리베이터가 없어서 아쉬었지만 잘 쉬었다 갑니다^^♡

Pros:

Bello ma solo una parte , io sono capito nella parte dove le camere erano con la moquette ed io la odio .....

Cons:

Un grosso punto a sfavore è che manca un ascensore.....lo dovrebbero dire o segnalare ....un ospite non può arrivare con dei bagagli pesantissimi e portarli da solo in camera .
