Convenient, good staff, let down by breakfast
Pros:

Very close to the main station, area felt safe, cafés, restaurants and attractions (eg Maritime Museum) nearby.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but no more.

Gute Lage nahe beim Bahnhof. Unser Zimmer ist definitiv reif für eine Auffrischung. Teppich ist an sich nicht sehr hygienisch, alter Teppich erst recht nicht. Leider eine nur recht enge Regendusche. Check-in war auch ausserhalb der ordentlichen Zeit problemlos möglich. Beim Check-out kann das Gepäck unkompliziert für einige Stunden gelagert werden.

Emplacement proche de la gare de Gênes.
Très bien insonorisé et frais.
Beaucoup d'espace.

Cons:

Personnel d'accueil peu aimable, expliquant rapidement et sans sourire ou vérification de notre compréhension des informations.
Idem au départ : semblent avoir oublié que l'amabilité fait partie des coutumes et services de l'hôtellerie. Dommage.

Modern, clean and comfortable room in a great location for train station and historic centre
Pros:

The location of this hotel is very convenient for Genova Piazza Principe train station and it's only a 10 minute walk from the hotel into the historic centre of Genoa. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and were particularly helpful in letting us store our luggage after checking out and before we needed to catch our train. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to ask the hotel to put you in a room away from the road as it can be a bit noisy at night. We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and if ever back in Genoa would not hesitate to go back to it.

Good location. Clean but cloud do with a lick.of paint.

Cons:

The bathroom is by the door and there is no window.
So the bathroom and unfortunatly the first impression of the room is a very musty smell. But we had a good stay none the less.

Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione, 10 minuti dall’acquario di Genova e 2 minuti dalla stazione dei treni.

Cons:

La moquette, trovata vecchia e abbastanza sporca, per igiene meglio il parquet come presente in altra camera (viaggiavamo con un’altra coppia e sicuramente la loro molto meglio). Doccia minuscola, no doccino, la maniglia della doccia della camera 105 mi è rimasta 2 volte in mano. Eravamo in 3 e asciugamani solo per 2 persone.
