Washing facilities advertised not offered.
Pros:

Stayed here expecting basic facilities to work, but even that was a letdown. The laundry situation was ridiculous,there are supposedly 4 dryers, but only 3 were actually working. Even worse, out of 4 washing machines, only 1 was in service. This meant long wait times and a lot of frustration just trying to do something simple.
For a hotel of this standard, having most of your laundry facilities out of order is unacceptable. It shows poor maintenance and lack of attention to guest needs. Definitely not what you expect when paying for accommodation,would not stay here again.

wir sind sehr spät gekommen , hatte nicht einmal 1. flasche wasser in dass kühlschrank das leitungswasser hat sejr schlimm gerochen, die kinder waren sehr durstig
ausserdem dass Bettsofss war katastropfal , hat sehr gekuitscht und für 2 personen ging das nicht ist nach innen gekipt,

Bonne localisation, appartement fonctionnel pour explorer en famille Barcelone
Pros:

La disposition de l'appartement, la localisation globalement proche des transports pour accéder facilement aux lieux souhaités.
Le ménage fait à mi-séjour.

Cons:

Appartement en RDC, bruyant le soir, des détritus retrouvés. Une seule machine à laver fonctionnelle.
Rapport qualité / prix moyen.

Добра локация, близо до спирки на метро и автобуси. Лесен и безпроблемен достъп и при късно настаняване.
Голям плюс е, че може да си оставиш багажа след освобождаване на стаята, ако имаш късен полет. Приятен престой.

Cons:

Малко е неудобно разтегаемото канапе. Не бяха забелязали, че е свършил течния сапун в банята, за да заредят нов.

Le petit déjeuner, la proximité du métro, la chambre spacieuse pour quatre.
Le personnel, qui répond rapidement à nos sollicitations.

Cons:

Sachant qu’on était quatre, le lit canapé n’était pas fait. J’ai dû le faire moi-même le premier jour, j’ai cherché la couette qui n’était pas du tout adaptée. J’aurais voulu que tout soit prêt avant qu’on arrive comme dans d’autres hôtels où Je suis déjà allée.

Je n’ai également pas aimé le bruit dans le couloir, la nuit, on entend les sonnettes et Les gens parler.
J’aurais apprécié que la lumière du couloir soit éteinte la nuit.

1ere chambre données qui sentait la cigarette. La 2eme des vêtements Sales dans l'armoire..et les machines a laver pratiquement toutes en panne ou bien avec besoin de nettoyage filtre..
