Disgusting hotel, needs closing down.

Nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

This hotel is described as AA 5-Star by Booking.com but it is anything but! The bathroom was disgusting, mould around the shower cubicle, dirty toilet fittings, a trickle from the shower head. The paint work was all chipped, carpets old, everything was very basic including toiletries, tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was equally unexciting, all rushed, few choices. We have used Booking.com on many occasions and have never had an experience like this before so we will not be using them in the future. Whilst there are many reviews stating how good the hotel was I am inclined to think these are fake!

A good stay, but the 5-star rating is too high
Pros:

Apart from the excellent location, the staff were very friendly. There were sufficient parking spaces.

Cons:

For a place which is rated five-star, the bedroom and bathroom were small, and the quality of room facilities only adequate. As with many UK hotels and guest houses, the bathroom plumbing was not of a good standard. Air conditioning and room safe were not available. There is no lift.

Staff made the stay!
Pros:

The staff were superstars and went above and beyond for us during our stay. The room was delightful with a Seaview and balcony. We could not have asked for a better stay.

perfect
Pros:

An exceptional room with an amazing view. Our third stay and again everything was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, all freshly prepped and cooked. The staff are warm and friendly and the hotel is just superb.

Pros:

Incredibly close to the beach and a very short walk to the bus and train! Room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so incredbly friendly and kind!

Cons:

Only thing to note is that you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Aside from that, everything was great!

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will use again when next in area.

Pros:

Besutiful location ,beautiful looking bedroom however bed uncomfortable for me.Shower /bath not easy to operate.The soap & shampoo was the same not suitable for hair washing. Though. Breakfast was not tasty & lacking in ingrediants booked night b4 & had to say what time wanted breakfast.

Not a 5 star experience
Pros:

Our experience was not 5 star. The best things about the hotel are the location and staff. Close to the beach, beautiful views, 15/20 minutes walk to train station and town. Very disappointed with our ground floor room. Small, poorly maintained, bathroom needed a good clean, black mold in shower. Dirty carpet, poorly fitting curtains. Uncomfortable bed, especially the pillows. Pre-ordered breakfast was ok but not 5 star. There is no evening meal option but there is a small bar.

A wonderful stay in lovely Falmouth.The thing we will most remember will be the amazing staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was great with multiple choices,all well cooked.Staff were all exceptional.Helpful,friendly and attentive.The breakfast room was large and airey and had an amazing view of the beach and water.Our room didn’t not have a sea view,but a garden view.Standard room but with a super king bed!The bar was small and cozy with a large flat screen tv and we spent a couple of nights chatting to residents from different countries.
