Pros:

View was.amazing staff were very friendly especially the lady that was on late shift

Cons:

I feel it was not 5 star had to get towels changed had make up on them and the bathroom. Needs attention , toilet holder lose mould around shower

Great place for a stay at Falmouth with excellent sea views.
Pros:

The standards needs improving.
Pros:

Breakfast room was right size the view was great but variety for vegetarians not enough and for people with allergies.

Cons:

room carpet needs cleaning. The shower pressure very low, no fridge in the room. Carpet smells when you walk in. You can notice the smell.

Fabulous location.

Simple b&b if you get sea view that will be a bonus
Pros:

In general I would say it is simple b&b and don’t be too optimistic with very good reviews. It is nice and clean in fab location and a few rooms have great sea view but if you don’t get see view room it is simple b&b with no extras

Cons:

Breakfast not great only little choice must be pre booked and the earliest time for full English is 8am which may be a bit late for some people who wants to set off earlier. Also one day I had such a weak coffee that looked less like tea. Not good

Warm, friendly, great value and a great location.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Not just because of its proximity to the beach and town but it meant I could also walk to see my daughter who lives nearby. 2 car parks. Lovely sea views whilst having a generous breakfast. Friendly welcome. Hot showers and comfy bed and room size. Was not disturbed by anyone else coming or going in the night.

Cons:

If I had to find something, I’d say that the stairs to the top floor are not that deep or wide so, if like me, you had to carry a couple cases, you’d need to take care.

Pros:

The position by the sea. The staff were very good and everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

I booked a deluxe double room with sea view and ensuite at quite a cost but the bathroom was extremely small but as the hotel was full felt I couldn't ask for a different room.
