Pros:

Nosu avons vraiment apprécié le personnel -- très sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est servi rapidement, avec précision et le sourire en plus. L'ambiance est détendue. Il y a un bar sur place où les gens peuvent se retrouver.

Cons:

il faudrait juste savoir qu'il y a des escaliers et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il est peut-être possible de demander une chambre au rez-de-chaussée.

The hotel is excellnete, I entirely recoomend to anyone to stay there. The staff is wondefull!
Pros:

Very good breakfast. It provided a great gluten and dairy-free diet as I requested. The view of the hotel breakfast area is beautiful, but the view from our room was alright.

Cons:

The flies on the beaches. I believe it is related to the barbecue people make there, because it leaves food debris and attracts flies. Also, lots of broken glasses, which is quite dangerous to walk without shoes. A part of that, everything is wonderful.

Great location, free parking, good breakfast.

Cons:

On arrival, we were told that we were upgraded to a better room but that room was up a large amount of stairs. The view was incredible from the room and if we didn't have a lot of luggage it might have been OK but I think we would have preferred a lower floor.
It was relatively expensive, compared to all the other accommodation on our 2 week trip around Devon and Cornwall but perhaps Falmouth is just expensive.

I fell in love with this hotel and didn’t want to leave so I shall have an extended stay next time. Soon!
Pros:

Firstly the location, stunning! So close to the ocean beach and only a short and interesting walk to the town. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent and held in a lovely room. Car parking was a welcome relief, so well organised. Train station was only a short walk if needed.
I absolutely love this hotel and am already planning another trip back . This is the standard that hotels should be at. No fuss, just good hospitality.
