Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Bad Mergentheim
Pros:

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und gut gelegen.

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

* Superior-Doppelzimmer entsprach nicht vollständig der Beschreibung.
* Angekündigte Minibar fehlte.
* Angekündigter Kosmetikspiegel fehlte.
* Starker Marihuanageruch im Badezimmer, der über die Lüftung ins Zimmer zog.
* Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert behandelt.
* Rauchmelder war nicht an der Decke montiert, sondern lag lose im Kleiderschrank.
* Schimmel im Spalt zwischen Duschwand und Seitenwand.
* Drei offene Dübellöcher in der Dusche, vermutlich von einer entfernten Ablage.
* Keine Duschablage für Shampoo oder Duschgel.
* Schmutz hinter der Heizung im Badezimmer.
* Beschädigtes Bettkopfteil mit Löchern im Kunstleder.
* Auffällige Treppenstufe im Treppenhaus mit anderer Höhe/Tiefe als die übrigen Stufen (aus unserer Sicht Stolpergefahr).
* Zimmer wirkte insgesamt abgewohnt.
* Matratze war für meinen persönlichen Geschmack sehr hart (subjektiv).
* Frühstück war einfach und ausreichend, aber ohne besondere Auswahl.
