Locatie viel tegen.... Inchecken ging moeizaam. Kamers waren nog niet klaar. Daarna kon E ons niet inchecken. Volgens het systeem hadden voor 1 persoon teveel geboekt en betaald. Hiervoor moesten we naar booking bellen om dit om te zetten en zouden ons teveel betaalde geld terugkrijgen. Dit is niet gebeurd.... 4x contact gehad met het hotel maar geen oplossing.

Kamers zijn stoffig en bad is klein waardoor je met opgetrokken benen moet blijven zitten.
Ook kennen ze amper tot geen Nederlands ...2 kamers geboekt maar de kinderen lagen 2 etages hoger....ook geen fijn idee

Aanrader wanneer je in Delft wilt verblijven

Het hotel is gedateerd en her en der zelfs oude meuk.
Pros:

Ontbijt was prima, maar niets bijzonders. Positief dat je gratis kunt parkeren bij het hotel.

Cons:

Medewerkers die je niet (durven?) aankijken? Bij incheck wordt al geen oogcontact gemaakt. Medewerker blijft naar het beeldscherm turen. Je ontvangt je sleutelpas en dat was het. Niet gevraagd of je een goede reis hebt gehad. Er wordt niet verteld dat je kamer op de 4e etage ligt, waar je trap of lift kunt vinden, hoe laat het ontbijt is.

's ochtends bij het ontbijt hetzelfde. Er zit iemand op zijn telefoon te turen en als je langs loopt wordt er geroepen dat je het kamernummer nog moet doorgeven.

Het hotel is ook aan een opknapbeurt toe, het is erg gedateerd.

Clean, well maintained hotel with a good breakfast
Pros:

From the price, my expectations were not high, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean and well maintained, the room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was great. It's nice to have the choice between a shower and a bath. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was more comprehensive than in most hotels. The radiators were set to a warmer temperature than I'd have chosen (and I couldn't find the settings to change it) but that's a personal preference. The location is also convenient from the motorway. I've added this hotel to my favourites for next time I'm at a conference in the area.
