Prima maar inchecken kan beter
Pros:

De ligging was goed. Hotelkamer netjes met alle basisfaciliteiten. Ook fijn dat ze een eigen parkeerplaats hebben.

Cons:

Het inchecken. De jongeman achter de balie gaf ons de Keys zonder toelichting over waar de lift staat of een fijne verblijf te wensen. Hij leek erg ongeïnteresseerd. Hij deed er ook erg lang over om ons in te checken, zonder een woord te wisselen. Gelukkig had mijn man ondertussen al rondgekeken en de lift gezien, zodat we zo door konden.

因为我们来自中国🇨🇳，所以看到“上海”俩字挺亲切。选择这儿入住和这俩字是有点关系的。虽然在异国他乡，这俩字使大家感到家的感觉。酒店也确实给了我们很好的印象！

Muy buen hotel, pero la ubicación es demasiado lejos si vas sin auto.
Pros:

La pieza grande y muy cómoda, 2 almohadas, buenas camas, baño amplio, estacionamiento gratis.

Cons:

Si no tienes auto, imposible que te quedes ahí, está muy alejado.

Ligging op loopafstand van de stad.
Bij binnenkomst dachten we eerst echt een Chinees hotel veel Chinese mensen. Maar bij ontbijt gewoon Europese gasten en heerlijk ontbijt met wafelmachine / pannenkoek machine. Bed slaapt heerlijk

Pros:

Das uns zugedachte Zimmer war überhitzt, als wir es beziehen wollten. Das Personal hat sich sofort gekümmert und Abhilfe geschaffen und dabei darauf geachtet, für uns als ältere Menschen ein Zimmer mit Walk-in Dusche statt Badewanne auszusuchen. Sehr umsichtiger Service auch in anderen Punkten. Das Zimmer war gut geschnitten, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück ok. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Delfts Zentrum, aber ruhig, man hört insbesondere die nahe Autobahn nicht. Man kann direkt am Hotel parken.

EL PERSONAL TE QUITA TUS COSAS

El servicio de limpieza era pésimo: Camas sin hacer, polvo acumulado de semanas, toallas sin cambiar... El colmo fue que desapareció una bolsa de plástico en la que guardaba algunas prendas personales (probablemente la tirasen, así, porque sí). El personal del hotel se desentendió y se niegan a compensarme de ninguna forma viable. Lo nunca visto.
