Gostei muito da estadia, as pessoas simpáticas e prestativas. o colchão era desconfortável e fazia uma cova. O hotel é pet friendly e isso foi decisivo para mim . Os tratamentos são ótimos

Lo primero que pagamos Habitación superior con balcón o patio y nos dieron una standar, tras reclamar en recepción (en donde nos atendieron con superioridad) nos dan otra habitación más grande (pintaba que era familiar) con las ventanas tapiadas por verjas y vegetación!!! La tv del siglo pasado, prometen que se van a ver 59 canales y solo veíamos dos y mal, las instalaciones (todas) están en estado casi de abandono, la piscina sin baldosines y con verdín, las duchas no funcionaban, los baños no funcionaban, el snak bar, cerrado. Estaba abierto el del lago y solo podías comprar, agua, zumo, refrescos y pasteles, el lago lleno de algas y mal olor; las pedaletas inservibles, los puentes del lago todos rotos, con los peligros que eso conlleva, el bosque abandonado, y el famoso edificio del café antiguo está tapiado con ladrillos, HORRIBLE, nos sentimos estafados, sobre todo porque pagamos por una habitación que no disfrutamos, los únicos que merecen buena puntuación son los camareros y el personal de limpieza. El desayuno poca variedad y poca calidad, y espero que nadie tenga intolerancias porque ni siquiera había leche sin lactosa!!

The value for money of the hotel was good. It was a pleasant stay and staff was friendly. The Termas building is separate and is a bit outdated but I liked the circuit and different treatments I had there. It’s not a Spa in the conventional sense, but I was expecting that. Overall I had a very relaxing stay

Isabella, Karina and Diogo where phenomenal in accommodating all my needs. The service they provided us with was like if they were friends of ours for years

The same goes to all the hardworking people that work the Buffett in the mornings. Astounding service.

I liked the room, very airy and very sunny. The staff were friendly and the food was very good - The hotel has a small forest where we can walk around. I also liked the possibility of making a thermal circuit. I only did the Scottish shower and I really liked it.

Tendo reservado 2 quartos, esperava que fossem contíguos ou pelo menos no mesmo corredor, mas não, ficaram imensamente longe um do outro; foi-me dito que não havia no mesmo corredor, então que fossem os dois mais longe mas sempre no mesmo corredor uma vez que somos pais e filhas...

Officially, the hotel has a 3-star rating, but that should be 1 or at most 2 stars!

Pros: the hotel is located in a quiet park-like area, and many years ago it most likely boasted thermal baths. They are not in use anymore, and they are more like a museum. The hotel looks charming from the outside.

Cons: the room was absolutely worn out. The furniture should have been replaced long ago; the air condition was not functional, and there was a foul smell of mould and dirt. The acoustics in the restaurant was bad to say the least, and the staff were in no way waiters. Everything was chaos. So do not eat in!

If possible the best piece of advice is not to come there at all!

We had a beautiful stay at this Pet-friendly hotel, they are allowing dogs over 23kg, which in Portugal is very good, most Hotels only accept over 15kg!
The hotel is nice with friendly staff, located inside a beautiful garden, where you can relax do some reading or walk with your dog.
We enjoyed the breakfast pretty good with different options even for vegetarians, mind that the dog is not allowed on the breakfast room!

Nous avons eu quelques désagréments concernant la lumière, le robinet d eau froide du lavabo , la piscine qui était hors service, le frigo en dis fonctionnement. C est à peu près tout . Ah oui pas de lumière dans le couloir !

The hotel is very nice, the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, and the rooms large and welcoming. Breakfast is fine for a 3-star hotel. The evening meals whilst plentiful are a bit disappointing. The surrounding buildings are in desperate need of rehabilitation - it is almost painful to see those once grand buildings falling into disrepair. The same goes for the parc which is huge but needs lots of work to be put back to its original glory : the artificial lake is full of algae, a building (former café?) adjoining a tennis court has been bricked up, the play areas, little boats and more all look very tired. I had booked into this hotel with a view to using the spa which turned out to be quite a disappointment. First of all, it is not directly attached to the hotel but a bit further in the parc. It is more of a medical establishment and definitely not the place to go for a relaxing time. The quality and temperature of the water are great and it is just a shame one has to remain in a smallish pool with no views.

Hotel com história, muito agradável, bom serviço em consonância com a classificação.
Nota-se uma grande preocupação com a manutenção permanente, embora ainda com muito trabalho a realizar.
Em nosso entender melhorará muito as condições quando for substituído o revestimento em alcatifa por outro mais fácil de higienizar e menos suscetível de produzir alergias...

The breakfast offered by tbe hotel was really bad. We had to pay for breakfast in a bar close to the hotel.

O hotel está em manutenções, e bem precisas, pois foi bastante afectado pelo tempo...

I highly recommend this Hotel and these Terms!
I’ve been there from the 21st to the 25th of September and, must say, I don’t have nothing wrong to point out!
Of course, we need to be conscious that we are in a 3 stars Hotel, so we shouldn’t demand more than we are paying but, actually, this Hotel/Program gives us more!
The room was very big and comfortable, no ‘neighbours’ close to my room so, all very quiet and safe in this pandemic scenario.
The staff in the Hotel and in the Terms were really very friendly and pro active in making me feel happy all the time and ‘at home’. That cosy feeling, we appreciate when we’re traveling.
The Park surrounding the Hotel is stunning and allows long and peaceful walks. The Restaurant Dom Carlos at the Hotel serves great meals, really, really tasty and Curia’s inhabitants will smile you at every corner and invite you in.
All my needs were accomplished. For example, late checkout request with zero problems.
I really enjoyed my stay and loved the Customer Service provided! Keep on the good job! Well done!!

Foi uns dias muito relaxantes onde as condiçõe espetáculolares com um jardim em toda a volta.

Lugar tranquilo . Experiencia muito agradavel na piscina de agua aquecida e sauna. Passeio no parque.

Tres calme personnel accueillant. Malheureusement cet hotel est un peu vieillissant.
