Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto disponibile ancor prima del nostro arrivo, dall'Italia ci ha prenotato la crociera e il bus per Sapa e durante il nostro soggiorno è sempre stato disponibile e paziente per ogni nostra esigenza!

Location is great, walking distance from Old Quarter. Staff eas kind and friendly

Cons:

Big, big issues with cleanliness. Room floor was dirty (stains and hair), bedsheets were also stained and had lots of hair on them. Towels were cleaned but very worn, bathroom floor too dirty to walk on without flip flops. Even the breakfast area was dirty, floor clearly hadn't been sweeped for a long time. Breakfast was very poor, no buffet, only eggs on toast. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived for check in, despite the owner admitting to us later that we were the only guests that day. We were given a free "upgrade" to a room with a window, but the "window" was a tiny one facing another building so basically no natural light, and we ended up with 2 single beds rather than a queen size double. The owner also asked us for a 5 star review based on the fact she was giving us a free upgrade, while we were still at reception and hadn't even seen the room yet. We've stayed in other hotels in Hanoi with a similar price tag and this one simply isn't worth it. Would not recommend. Worth cross referencing with Google reviews before booking here - we didn't, and we regretted it

Great stay.

The hosts were amazing and very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Very close walking proximity to everything in the old quarter.

Photos non conforme
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait. La propriétaire très gentille.

Cons:

Chambre sans fenêtre non mentionnée lors de la réservation.
Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas aux photos (très peu de choix), les chambres non plus. Les murs tachés, chambre petite, l’eau de la douche à peine tiède avec les remonter d’odeurs nauséabond, on ne nous a pas proposé de nous changer de chambre. Pas de renseignement possible par la réceptionniste si ce n’est où retirer de l’argent car elle ne parle pas anglais.

値段と人柄はとても良い
Pros:

スタッフさんがとても親切で良い方でした。
家族経営のようでお母さんが朝食を作り、主にお父さんが部屋の管理をしているようでした。
ベトナムに着くのが遅くなってしまい換金をすることができず、チェックイン時に代金を現金で支払うことができないためカードで払おうとしたら10%手数料がかかるから支払いは明日でいいよと泊めてくださいました。
最終日もチェックアウト後でも荷物を置かせていただけてとても助かりました。
旧市街地は裏の通りで帰りのバス停は道の反対側にあり重いスーツケースを運ばなくて良いので立地は良いと思います。

Cons:

初めに泊まった部屋のシャワールームの床が腐っていたのか洗面所まで水が滲み出てしまい、バスマットがびしょ濡れになりました。
水回りは決して新しくはなく不便なところも多かったです。
電気も切れている箇所がいくつかありました。

Loved this room , clean full of charm . comfortable bed , great location
Pros:

Our room was exactly as pictured in the advertising . I loved it. It had a very Parisian charm about it with the decor , the beautiful doors opening out to a small balcony . The bed was comfortable . Great location - a short walk to the lake and the Old Quarter . It has a lift ( no dragging suitcases up stairs ) The managers were friendly helpful but not 'pushy '

Cons:

The only small downside was the shower was somewhat challenging - hard to regulate - but we just laughed it off - it's a 3 star hotel in an old building with old plumbing

Le mensonge des photos et de la réalité. L hotel est sale, l accueil bof. Le petit déjeuner il n y avait qu un peu de pastèque. Ananas. Une omelette et rien d'autre. La salle de déjeuner est encombrée de tout. Rien ne correspond entre les photos et ce que j ai vu. Une belle arnaque

Not what we expected
Pros:

Very central position, 5 minutes walking from the lake and close to everything.
The staff was super gentle and helpful.
Wifi was also good and the connection quite stable.

Cons:

We knew we had a room without windows. However, we didn’t expect the ventilation system to be so poor and inefficient. The room was always humid and smelly, so we always got up a bit sweaty and not well rested. Additionally, the bed was extremely tough and the pillows very thin, so sleeping felt very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was poor as well. We expected a continental breakfast (as described on the website) which actually consisted of: eggs, noodles and bao, local fruit, corn flakes and white bread, plus a juice, coffee and tea. It’s ok, but we expected also yogurt, jams, ham, etc.
