Le mensonge des photos et de la réalité. L hotel est sale, l accueil bof. Le petit déjeuner il n y avait qu un peu de pastèque. Ananas. Une omelette et rien d'autre. La salle de déjeuner est encombrée de tout. Rien ne correspond entre les photos et ce que j ai vu. Une belle arnaque

Not what we expected
Pros:

Very central position, 5 minutes walking from the lake and close to everything.
The staff was super gentle and helpful.
Wifi was also good and the connection quite stable.

Cons:

We knew we had a room without windows. However, we didn’t expect the ventilation system to be so poor and inefficient. The room was always humid and smelly, so we always got up a bit sweaty and not well rested. Additionally, the bed was extremely tough and the pillows very thin, so sleeping felt very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was poor as well. We expected a continental breakfast (as described on the website) which actually consisted of: eggs, noodles and bao, local fruit, corn flakes and white bread, plus a juice, coffee and tea. It’s ok, but we expected also yogurt, jams, ham, etc.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, ce ne sont pas des fées du logis,les sols ne sont pas propres,à 7h30 le peit déjeuner n'est pas complet sur le buffet, je ne recommande pas ,surtout pas ces chambres sans fenetre

Гостиница выше всяческих похвал. Расположена в центре туристического старого города, озеро возвращенного меча - Хоанкьем, - в пяти минутах ходьбы пешком. Напротив отеля остановка шаттла в аэропорт. Здесь возможно позднее заселение, в некоторых отелях этот факт неприемлем. Менеджмент невероятный, ребята внимательные и заботливые. Завтрак просто сразил наповал - прекрасный выбор блюд, чай-кофе-сок, фрукты. Я давно не ела таких вкуснейших панкейков, не у всех есть талант готовить с любовью. Идеальная чистота повсюду. Номер большой и уютный, здесь есть все. За последние годы путешествий это единственный раз, когда моя болезненная спина не разу не ругалась с отвратительной постелью. А пушистые полотенца в ванной? Я бы купила такие же себе домой. Я в восторге. Я вернусь

Cons:

This was my third time in Hanoi and my third hotel in the city center. Unfortunately, I must say that the services of this hotel absolutely do not match the price they charge.
We arrived at 11:00 PM and then spent more than 1.5 hours dealing with room changes. About a month in advance, I clearly requested rooms with separate beds – this option was even stated directly in the room names (double bed or twin beds), so I did not expect this to be an issue. The hotel only replied “subject to availability.”
Upon arrival, we found out that the hotel does not have enough rooms with separate beds (the receptionist admitted this) - JUST ONE, which means they must have known in advance that they could not provide or guarantee this room type at all. Nevertheless, they kept this information to themselves and let us discover it only after arrival and payment, which I consider to be deliberate misleading of the customer.
As a result, we had to change rooms for an extra charge. There was zero customer-oriented approach – no real effort to solve the situation, only “pay more or that’s your problem.” In our group there were six adult men who simply cannot sleep on their narrow “child-size” double beds for three days.
Breakfast was another disappointment. We were clearly told that it starts at 7:30. I informed the hotel that eight of us would come exactly at 7:30 and that we were leaving at 8:00 for an organized trip. Yet at 7:35 there was almost nothing on the tables. Absolute unpreparedness. I had about 10 minutes to eat, and even basic items like fruit were not refilled – they were gone within a few minutes and without replenished. Portions were extremely small, literally ration-like, one small slice per person.
The price-to-performance ratio is very poor. There are many beautiful and high-quality hotels in Hanoi – this one is unfortunately just a shiny façade without corresponding service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND it.
