Qualità della camera: La struttura in sé si presenta bene e la stanza era complessivamente di buon livello, capiente e dall'aspetto ben tenuto, anche se migliorabile.
Pulizia trascurata: Trovati capelli sul pavimento di stanza e bagno, un tappetino doccia sporco e asciugamani usati lasciati dentro l'armadio.
Mancanza di comunicazione sui guasti: Nessun avviso al ritiro chiavi per l'assenza di acqua calda, disservizio noto alla reception già da diverse ore e scoperto solo dopo aver chiamato.
Falsa "mezza pensione": Il servizio consiste solo in una convenzione con un pub vicino dal menù molto limitato (principalmente hamburger e pizze).
Colazione scadente: Servito succo di frutta chiaramente acido e andato a male.

Orari di check-in e out non comodissimi (anche se purtroppo sta diventando problema molto comune)

Because the noise through the walls was absolutely terrible. I woke up three times thinking there was some kind of storm outside, but it turned out to be the sewage pipes and other people’s toilets located inside the walls, right above our heads. I could hear absolutely everything – every time someone used the toilet, urinated, flushed the water. The noise was simply horrible.
In the corridor, you could hear every single footstep and people’s voices. The windows were dirty, the room was neglected, worn-out, dirty and old. It smelled of cigarettes. The air conditioning barely worked, and the door lock was already broken. The duvet wasn’t even covered with a proper duvet cover – we don’t even want to think about what kind of infections we could have been exposed to.
There wasn’t even a kettle in the room. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty; it was honestly frightening to even sit on the toilet. The surroundings were terrible as well – a horrible, run-down location.
I deeply regret choosing this hotel instead of the one next door. And the breakfast – **A COMPLETE DISASTER!!!!!** There was absolutely no choice, barely any food, just a few very limited options.
Honestly, I don’t even have the words to describe this experience, especially considering how much they charge for a room like this!
