Reservamos por 5 personas (2 adultos y 3 niños), explicitado claramente en la reserva de booking, pero al llegar nuestra habitación era para 4 y tuvimos que pagar un extra por nuestro hijo menor; sin cama adicional

Hotel is not safe. Take your valuble thing with you. Even when you go at breakfast!
Cons:

During our stay in hotel by end of Februar, money (2.000 eur approx) has been stollen from our room from me and my colleague. Money had been left in the pocket of trousers and in a suitcase during our breakfast. Room has been closed with the key. But, hotel did not wanted to make investigation due to report was received after check out. Actually hotel is not equipped with safety cameras. Hotel answer is that valuables thing should be put in room safety box. What that means. That laptops, parfumes....etc. should be putin safety box -).
I have to stress that we are owners of biggest hotel chain in Serbia (5 stars hotels). And we know all the safety policies/processes in hotels, as should be.
I have travelled a lot for busines and private purpose all over the world. Left money many times in the rooms. This is the first time to happen such a situation.

Pratico ,comodo per spostarsi e confortevole
Pros:

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia solo una notte. Ho trovato la camera confortevole e pulita ,con tutti i confort indispensabili. La colazione è stata soddisfacente . Per essere a Verona non lo trovato romantico ma essenzialmente comodo e con un ottimo qualità prezzo.!!! Apprezzato anche per il parcheggio gratuito.

Cons:

L'unico neo è che la struttura è vicina ad una strada piuttosto trafficata e quindi leggermente fastidioso per il sonno.
