Camera pulita e buona posizione

Doccia con acqua fredda, purtroppo acqua calda non pervenuta.

Il momento della colazione è eccessivamente caotico, tantissime persone, code per prendere da bere e da mangiare, tavoli puliti difficili da trovare e nonostante la scelta fosse ampia (lo immagino vedendo molti vassoi e piatti vuoti sui tavoli del buffet) era quasi impossibile trovare qualcosa da mangiare

Pessima non ci tornerei
Cons:

Pulizia camera pessima,mancanza scelta cuscini, mancanza prodotti per lavaggio, doccia rotta e acqua fredda e stanza fredda. Ci hanno dato una stanza comunicante con una porta all'ingresso quindi si sentiva tutti i rumori deglu altri ospiti non rispetta le quattro stelle che porta.

Non saprei da dove cominciare...doccia fredda con bambino di 4 anni impossibilitato a lavarsi dopo una giornata al mare ("vi mandiamo qualcuno..."..mai arrivato) televisore e frigo bar presenti ma assenti le prese, quindi inutilizzabili, porta comunicante con altra camera che pareva di essere tutti assieme appassionatamente, reception che all'accoglienza ci hanno spiegato poco e nulla (piano 2 senza dare indicazioni di niente di più)...colazione nemmeno provata dalla rabbia, in quanto appena messi seduti con fare minaccioso un cameriere ci ha fatto alzare (avete sbagliato tavolo!), direttore/responsabili assenti... Non volevo credere alle recensioni precedenti negative ma purtroppo era tutto vero!
Hanno solo la fortuna di essere a Milano Marittima e spesso le strutture alberghiere sono tutte esaurite e la gente non può fare altro che "ripiegare" sperando...per fortuna abbiamo passato solo una notte... Girate alla larga!

Unica cosa decente dell’hotel erano i corridoi che portano alle stanze e la hall

La camera che si vede nella foto sono state prese da un’altro hotel e pure la piscina, il letto matrimoniale sono due letti singoli messi insieme, nella sala colazione ci sono gli uccellini che svolazzano e la colazione è 80% roba confezionata, mini frigo in stanza inesistente e non ti danno in omaggio neanche una bottiglia di acqua, ascensori super lenti troppa attesa.

You get what you pay for—and maybe a little less.
Pros:

It is close to the beach and some rooms offer a good view and it’s somewhat cheap for those on a budget—and that’s about the only good thing about it. I’d say that it was nice that you can get full board but the food is so bad that by the end of the trip I hated the idea of going back to where the food is served.

Cons:

The food is terrible—and the warm food is cold even if you get there when they buffet opens. The view was nice but the first room they put us in was unsettling and they moved us to a halfway decent room that the only good thing about it was the view.

abbiamo chiesto di accendere il riscaldamento ma non ci hanno considerati, abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda che a forza di provare abbiamo risolto in autonomia, stanza un po' datata e non molto spaziosa, lo stesso vale per il bagno: non c'era il bidet e per fare la doccia siamo dovuti entrare in vasca da bagno

Spędziłem w tym hotelu 12 dni i pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Obiekt w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania pod względem standardu – zdecydowanie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Uważam, że ogólna ocena hotelu w serwisie Booking 7,1 jest zbyt niska, szczególnie w porównaniu z innymi obiektami ocenianymi na Booking. Moim zdaniem znacznie bardziej adekwatna byłaby ocena na poziomie około 9,0.
