camera nuova davvero ottima

Cons:

Colazione ridotta ai minimi termini (rispetto a quella che ho sempre trovato in estate), uova fredde e davvero pochissima scelta. La cameriera ai piani è entrata 3 volte in camera mentre io e mia figlia eravamo dentro, è entrata anche nel bagno dove mia figlia era nuda per entrare in doccia. Addette alla reception fredde e poco accoglienti, fanno fatica a salutare. L'unico gentile e professionale è un signore (forse il capo ricevimento).

Very good for that price but many improvements to be done

For the price I got I can’t really complain 59,35 euros . That’s why you got 10 ! plus the breakfast is really excellent !!

but should the price be normal then
Wifi not working for a 4 star hotel this should never happen whatsoever is the cause it should be resolved in less than 1 hour because i am sure you reservation system didn’t suffer for 1 whole day of not having internet ??
secondly the air conditioning system is very noisy ( not so good for such a luxurious hotel )
and the door of the shower is falling apart

I understand you are opening but still I saw the owner of your hotel in the breakfast room
instead of looking to his pool he should maybe check on the important issues .
