Pros:

Location was great!

Cons:

It was very warm and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I do wish they had a restaurant that was serving dinner all days.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Had a pool which was nice after a hot day

Cons:

Where should I start... to get there, its a 10min uphill hike from the bus stop, which after a day of trekking or with luggage is not ideal.
Get to reception on day 1, noone there for 30 mins.
The room itself is so small, and the toilet and shower are basically next to each other, with no glass/ divide.
The pillows are SUPER thin, and they didnt have any spares. The TV didnt work, and the breakfast is extremely mediocre.
I do not think this is value for money and I would reccomend getting something closer to the station (unless youre happy to overpay for taxis)

Pros:

Mooie omgeving en supervriendelijk personeel (1 receptionist).

Cons:

Zeer gedateerd, klein, gehorig maar wel schoon beddengoed.

If you are coming by car then no issue but if you are using public transport, be mindful that its a 12 minute ‘Uphill’ walk from the nearest bus station and 20+ min walk to the wilderswill station. Would be challenging if commuting with heavy lugguage.

Staff was very nice, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was average.

Pool has a great view.

Cons:

Location is not easily accessible through Public transport

Had a pool.

Cons:

Gave us a room with no working air conditioning but one fan. Couldn’t sleep. Every time my partner moved on the bed it would rock and wake you up. So hot, didn’t have a door to the lift. No one at reception for like 15mins. Would not recommend staying here. Don’t even have a restaurant. So grateful I only stayed at this hotel on night.

Great views of the hills, great sized room, good outdoor pool, friendly staff (male on reception- outstanding service).

Cons:

We chose this based on photos showing tbh great views of the lake - it doesn’t! They need to change their photos! It’s the last building up a very steep hill - difficult walking. Interlaken is a good 50 minute walk although you can get the local bus from 600m away. Basic / rustic

Prijs kwaliteits verhouding is zeer slecht. Savonds is alles dicht, bar dicht, je kan niks eten. Airco is stuk, kamers zijn de prijs niet waard. Personeel interesseerde niks als je wat zegt

Great location. Excellent views of the mountains and being located at the top of a small town is nice. Good breakfast.

Hotel needs an update. Way overpriced for what you get. Broken room safe. Broken room air conditioning. Staff is only available certain hours...8 am to 6 pm. No one at mIn desk after that. Rooms feel very old and dated. Has a lot of potential, but needs i.provement.
