Not as expected. Won't recommend
Pros:

Great view. Bit no air conditioning though website said it. Weather was very humid during daat. Also no safe. It was broken and when asked, ot was not replaced. Only thing worked was staff being good but disappointed with stay, incomplete information by booking com and hotel

Chalet = großes Zimmer mit sep. Bad, ruhig gelegen, Frühstück vielfältiges Buffet , Autoparkplatz direkt am Hauseingang

Cons:

Reception oft unbesetzt, Kein Fahrstuhl im Nebengebäude z. 2 Stock, kein Safe, kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Haus liegt am Ortsausgang bergseitig mit enger Zufahrt. Nicht viel los im Ort, ohne Auto problematisch.

Pros:

Localisation proche d’interlaken, en retrait, vue depuis les chambres fort appréciable.

Cons:

Chambre qui mérite un rafraîchissement (porte multiplement marquée, mur aussi, faillance sdb qui tient avec des scotchs)

Really lovely few days at the hotel
Pros:

We loved the super comfortable beds and powerful shower. The pool was fantastic to have after a few long days walking. We also enjoyed walking in to the village for dinner which had a great choucet

Cons:

Nothing really. More frustrated to hear about the free limited bus service than the amazing train system that functions in the middle of Wilderswil.

Die Aussicht war toll, jedoch eine schlechte Anbindung an den ÖV (zu weit weg mit Koffern)

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht. Das erste Zimmer, das wir erhielten, war klein mit altem, schmuddeligem Teppich und einem Badezimmer ohne jegliche Ablage. In der Duschkabine hatte es Schimmelpilz, der Wasserhahn war so verkalkt, dass man die Temperatur kaum einstellen konnte. Im Brünneli fehlte der Stöpsel, der Föhn funktionierte nur mit kalter Luft.
Die Abdeckung einer Steckdose neben dem Bett war lose. Beim Öffnen der Schranktüre öffneten sich auch gerade alle Schubladen.
Es roch nach Rauch.

Verschiedene Sachen waren defekt
Bei einer Lampe fehlte der Schirm. Eine andere Lampe funktionierte nicht.
Die Zimmertüre klemmte. Sie war nur mit zuschlagen zu schliessen.
Ein Duschkopf hing hinunter.

It was a wonderful short stay. I really enjoyed it.
Pros:

EJ was really kind and helpful. All the staffs were friendly and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean and had an amazing view.

Cons:

The wire for the kettle was too short for me to use also there weren’t any complimentary coffee or tea or even water in the room. Since the rooms are of wood, the floor above me kept walking and made creaking wood noises that made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Cons:

A bit out dated, could use a bit of fresh paint in the rooms, floors uneven, and balcony seems scary bottom railing was rotting (although breathtaking views)

OK, but expensive for what is a very average room
Pros:

Location was quiet and the parking was good

Cons:

Rooms are really tired. Bright lights outside kept us awake. No air con. Everywhere around Grindewald is expensive but this definitely isn’t a £300/night room
