nice and quite place to go when visiting jungfrau and interlaken
Pros:

the staff was very accommodating with any need we had.
each room has it's own balcony, that really enhanced the experience of being in a village
the mattresses were very comfortable, and hot water around the clock

Pros:

Einfache aber saubere Zimmer. Kleiner Balkon mit schönem Bergblick. Sehr ruhige Lage. Großer Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.
Sehr guter Kaffee beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte üppiger sein. War aber insgesamt ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Treppe zum Parkplatz war am Morgen gefroren und recht gefährlich zum begehen: sehr hohr Rutschgefaht und entsprechend könnte man dort ausrutschen und sich verletzen. Da empfehle ich diese zu enteisen am Morgen früh.

Pros:

Lage und Erreichbarkeit gut.
Die Rezeptionistin engagierte sich das Problem der defekten Duschbrause zu lösen (erfolgreich!!).

Cons:

Zimmer sind im Winterbetrieb überheizt (Heizung lässt sich kaum regulieren). Die Duschbrause war defekt, es spritzte nur ein dürftiger Wasserstrahl.
