Pros:

L'emplacement magnifique, entouré de montagne, c'est fabuleux. Et quelle vue.

La piscine est incroyable et permet un vrai rafraîchissement avec ces chaleurs

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas top pour un 3 étoiles, je pense qu'il peut être amélioré.
Arrivés a 9h ,il y n'avait presque plus rien et le choix était limité

Bin sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel für eine Unterkunft in Wilderswil auch weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wunderschön mit phantastischer Aussicht auf die Berge und in die Natur und mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr, sehr reichhaltig und gut. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war stets ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit diesbezüglich. Ich finde es in keinem Hotel gut, wenn, wie auch im Berghof, während des Morgenessens Staub gesaugt wird. Selbstverständlich sind solche Arbeiten notwendig, aber bitte nicht während des Frühstückes. Wirkt einfach störend und ungemütlich.

Cons:

安全设施需要改进。床头灯放在枕头上方不到二十公分，躺下的时候必定会碰到。碰到就碎，玻璃渣洒了一床。幸运的是我们没有受伤。但是商家要求我们赔付90法郎。灯泡没有碎，只是灯罩碎了，一个在国内不到一百人民币的灯罩，要求我们赔近八百元人民币，非常之离谱。插座全部是瑞士标准，插孔很小，欧标的插头一个都不能用，非常不方便。衣柜门是坏的，关不住。窗户没有窗纱，晚上开窗会进虫子，不开窗又很热，只有一个轰隆轰隆的风扇。住宿体验非常差。如果是在国内，就灯罩破碎玻璃渣洒到床上就会面临客户的追责。因特拉肯盛名太过了。不会再来了。

يوجد تكييف في الغرفه
إطلالات الفندق رهيبه على سنتر انترلاكن او الجبل

الأفطار غير متنوع متكرر يومياً.
السعر غالي جداً مقارنة بالخدمات المقدمة تقريبا دفعت 550 دولار لليلة الواحدة.
لا يوجد هاتف في الغرفة ( اذا احتجت شي لازم تنزل للإستقبال)

Wunderbar!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lecker.
Auf die Möglichkeit, den Pool mit fantastischen Ausblick nutzen zu können, haben wir gerne zurückgegriffen, um nach einem Tag in den Bergen abzukühlen und zu entspannen.

Nice hotel with great view and lovely pool, but unfortunately no air-condition.
Pros:

Friendly staff. We got a nice and spacy room for our family with a small terrace, and great view to the mountains.
Small, but nice outdoor pool that we all enjoyed.
It was possible to eat breakfast outdoors in a nice garden.

Cons:

There was no air-condition, which made it hot in the room. So we didn't sleep so well. They should install air-condition, or at least leave som fans to make it more comfortable in hot summer days.

景色、スタッフ最高です！
Pros:

フロントスタッフの方が本当に本当に親切でした。ホテルにあるプールからユングフラウ3山が見えます。夕日で染まる山々は非常に美しかったです。

Cons:

バス停からも駅からも少し歩きます。坂の上にあるので、キャリーケースを引きながらだとかなり疲れました。そのあとプールに入りクーリングしました。

Endroit très joli, mais tarif demandé est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Cons:

L'hôtel nécessiterait quelques investissements et rénovations. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes.

Sur les deux chambres que nous avions louées (n° 14 et 19), plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux ou inutilisables : la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (autorisation de la commune manquante), le coffre-fort et le pommeau de douche étaient défectueux, une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas, etc.

Les infrastructures extérieures sont très jolies, mais elles manquent d'entretien, ce qui est vraiment dommage. Par exemple, une chaise longue étaient cassées et le local de la piscine, qui pourrait probablement être un bel espace avec un bar, était inutilisable, rempli de cartons et de matériel.

Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique. En revanche, le reste du personnel est plutôt réservé : il faut prendre l'initiative de saluer.

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur. Il n'y avait pas de véritable fromage suisse, uniquement de très fines tranches de fromage. Le pain et les croissants n'étaient pas frais ; un petit pain était tellement dur que je ne pouvais même pas le couper en deux. Le deuxième jour, une forte odeur désagréable régnait à un endroit du buffet et se retrouvait même dans nos assiettes.
