Прекрасный отель в волшебном месте!
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля с видом на долину и горы. Спишь и слышишь, как журчит неподалеку горная речка. Очень вежливый и дружелюбный персонал, девушка дождалась нас поздно вечером и проводила в номер, показав несколько свободных номеров и предоставив выбор, так как мы с маленькими детьми и семейный номер с опасной лестницей нам не подошел. Спасибо ей большое! Номер просторный, почти всё необходимое там есть.
В главном здании есть уголок для гостей с холодильником, микроволновкой, посудой и графином с водой, всем этим можно пользоваться, когда угодно. Есть небольшой детский уголок с игрушками на ресепшне.

Cons:

В номере было достаточно пыльно, покрытие полов - ковролин, что требует особенно тщательной уборки, вероятно, из-за этого у нас обострилась аллергия. Не особо удобные подушки. Завтрак не особо разнообразный (достаточно простой), но на 2-3 раза сгодится.

De ligging en ruime parkeerplaats.

Cons:

Verouderde smoezelige kamer. Tapijt en bankje hadden vlekken. Badkamer verouderd (bijv bruine wastafels en toilet) met aanslag dat niet meer schoon te maken is. Volgens mij zijn er wel gerenoveerde kamers aanwezig.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciate their efforts to assist us.

However, there was a significant issue with our room. We stayed in a family chalet room on the ground floor without a balcony, and there were a lot of ants inside. The staff responded promptly — they vacuumed and placed traps, but unfortunately the problem was not fully resolved. Ants continued to appear, especially at night, which caused considerable discomfort for our family.

This was particularly distressing for the children, who were scared and unable to feel comfortable.

We were informed by the reception that the hotel was fully booked and it was not possible to change the room, which left us without an alternative solution.

We hope the hotel will address this issue, as otherwise the overall experience could have been much better.

This is an unforgettable experience when I travel in Switzerland. Definitely I’ll recommend it!
Pros:

The room I stayed in has a balcony where you can sit and have great view and the breakfast is excellent with many choices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the train station but the surrounding area is fantastic, which remind me lots of experiences when I was living in the countryside.

Cons:

The hair dryer is not working well. Anyway because the heating works well so my hair gets dry quickly.

Very nice stay, superb view, steep climb to the hotel
Pros:

Overall very good. Breakfast menu can be more towards fresh food and not all colds except for 1 or items. Location is very nice with nice view but comes with a cost.

Cons:

There must be a cab/shuttle service to the nearest bus/train stop. Its obvious that people will come here with heavy luggage and the steep climb to reach the hotel is too much. At least the hotel can inform the customers to be prepared for it.

All good. Tiny tiny point was that the stone staircase next to our room meant that anyone walking on it with hard soles was very noisy.
