Einfache saubere Zimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Ausicht vom Hotel ist toll. Leider liegt es so hoch am Berg, dass es zu Fuss sehr mühsam ist vom Bus/Bahn dorthin zu kommen.

Cons:

Das von anderen Gästen viel gelobte Frühstück war sehr dürftig. Das Personal war dazu noch total überfordert.
An einem Tag wurde von 8:30 - 9:58 Uhr das Frühstück nicht aufgefüllt. Auf Reklamationen wurde nicht reagiert. Man stand vor leeren Platten.
Leider gab es zu wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer.

- Aussicht
- sehr grosser Balkon
- genügend Parkplätze
- Gästekarte für die Region

Cons:

- sehr ringhörige Zimmer und laute Gäste im Gang spät abends und früh morgens
- Personal konnte kaum Deutsch, beim Check-in mussten wir Englisch sprechen
- Frühstück leider nicht sehr ansprechend

nice and quite place to go when visiting jungfrau and interlaken
Pros:

the staff was very accommodating with any need we had.
each room has it's own balcony, that really enhanced the experience of being in a village
the mattresses were very comfortable, and hot water around the clock
