Old and worn, could do with some investment, won t choose it again

Hotel needs refurbing. We had torn curtains hanging off the windows, aircon that didn’t work due to lack of permit. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, small rooms. Broken bits around the pool. Room was not ready on arrival. No help with baggage. Breakfast is average. Only one person working, hence having to wait for replenishment. Bread rolls stale.

Habitación SIN aire acondicionado (a pesar de que al hacer la reserva en enero ponía que si tenía. El hotel no me dio ninguna solución ni contraprestación a pesar de que admitieron el error).

Limpieza de las habitaciones muy justa… moqueta con “cosas” y sábanas sin planchar.

Desayuno poco variado y de muy mala calidad (el bacon era incomible).

I appreciated that the staff took notes and were very friendly and cooperative.

Cons:

The room was dirty. There were spider webs and a spider inside the bathroom.

There was another spider next to the balcony door on the inside nesting in a spider web.

All around the skirtingboards, lots of dirt and dust like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.

The distance from/to bus was annoying so you have to consider 10-15minutes to closest mode of transport.

Cons:

We booked two rooms and they gave us room in different buildings.
Ned’s were single for all 5 of us and are extremely uncomfortable.
Ground floor family room is at the road level windows so either you close the windows and stay in hot room or you open the windows and you will be as if you are on the road; full room is open to cars and pedestrians which is awful.

Superbe et magnifique

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est excellent et la vue est tout simplement magnifique.
La chambre était très propre, la piscine bien chauffée avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec des produits frais et de qualité. J’ai également trouvé très pratique l’espace en libre-service situé à côté du restaurant, avec des ustensiles, un micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur à disposition des clients.

Si je reviens dans la région, c’est avec grand plaisir que je séjournerai à nouveau dans cet hôtel. Je le recommande sans hésitation !

Cons:

We didnt know its an uphill climb with bags and no pedestrian so we are always scared with the kids going out and up the hotel. Too many blindspots when you are walking and without a car
