サンベント駅から歩いてすぐ。とてもわかりやすい立地。観光スポットが全部徒歩圏内。足元のお土産屋さんでミネラルウォーター調達可。設備は正直言って古いけどお値段見ればまあ、納得。スタッフの方にも良くしていただきました。
フロントまでの階段をスーツケース持って登らなければならない。
初日、部屋の蛍光灯が切れていてスタッフの方に伝えたのに2日めも3日めも交換なし。ベッドサイドの照明は使えたから不自由はありませんでしたけど。

The Hotel Universal is a blast from the past. It is superbly located in the center of Porto.
It retains the charm of a bygone era (40s) with modern amenities.
The room was perfect for my needs, small but well appointed. It was very comfortable and cozy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim.
The walls between rooms are thin, one can hear what the neighbors are saying and doing in the room next door.
I was lucky that they were not too noisy and kept similar hours to mine.
