Venho por este meio manifestar a minha profunda insatisfação relativamente à minha estadia no vosso hotel.

Durante a noite, o nível de barulho provocado por outros hóspedes foi completamente incompatível com o descanso que se espera de uma unidade hoteleira. Houve ruído, conversas e perturbação durante a noite, sem que aparentemente existisse qualquer intervenção, controlo ou chamada de atenção por parte dos responsáveis do hotel.

O mais lamentável é que eu estava acompanhada da minha mãe, uma senhora de 80 anos, que não conseguiu dormir nem descansar devidamente. Escolhemos um hotel precisamente para termos conforto e tranquilidade, mas infelizmente a experiência foi exatamente o contrário.

Considero inadmissível que, durante o período noturno, não exista uma fiscalização mínima relativamente ao comportamento dos hóspedes e ao cumprimento do silêncio necessário para garantir o descanso de todos.

A minha experiência foi extremamente negativa e, sinceramente, considero que o hotel deixou muito a desejar neste aspeto. Não se trata de um simples incómodo, mas de noites sem descanso, incluindo para uma pessoa idosa de 80 anos.

Faço questão de deixar esta reclamação formalmente registada e aguardo um posicionamento do hotel relativamente ao ocorrido.

Conhecendo Porto
Pros:

A localização é ótima, pois nos dá a possibilidade de irmos, a pé ,para diversos pontos turísticos em poucos minutos.

Cons:

Houve show na praça em nossa primeira noite e com a proximidade do hotel, o som fazia vibrar alguma fora do quarto, mas que incomodou bastante.

La ubicación es excepcional. Esta muy bien insonorizado . Se descansa de maravilla.
