Excellent would stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was situated in the middle of everything. The staff was friendly and the room comfortable. We had a few hot days but they supplied a fan which was just enough. Overall I would recommend

We will stay here again; great value & superb location; friendly Staff
Pros:

Awesome central location on Viktualienmarkt & super close to Marienplatz in historic downtown Munich. We could walk everywhere, and we could easily get to the public transportation for day trips.

Cons:

Rooms were very tight, so no room for much luggage (on the floor); double twin room worked but you better get along with your roommate cause beds/room is tiny; also no AC but we knew that ahead of the trip.

It was close to marien platz

Cons:

There was no air conditioning. Our room was as over 88 degrees in August. The staff at the front desk were not friendly what so ever. We actually paid for this all week, but left to find a different hotel.

It's worth to stay for a couple of nights, right in the middle of the city centre
Pros:

The location is perfect, the rooms and common area are very clean. I liked the bathroom, it's new and practical. A fan in the room was appreciated in hot summer night.

Cons:

Given the great location, the hotel and sourrounding can be a bit noisy in the evening. The restaurants close at 10 pm but there is a bar nearby which stays open till late. There is no bufet breakfast.

Die Lage ist eindeutig grandios, mitten in der Innenstadt am Viktualienmarkt.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption. Einige Mitarbeiter schauten nicht mal auf, wenn man das Hotel betrat. Ein bißchen mehr Freundlichkeit und Zugewandtheit wären wünschenswert.
