4階にあるホテルでした。業務用とも思えるエレベーターがあって人は乗ってはいけなさそう。なので自力で階段使ってスーツケースを上げました。
ですが、そのエレベーターは使って良いものでした。じゃないと4階まで上げるのはどう考えても無理、中は綺麗です。朝食も想像以上でした。テルミナ駅近いしこの値段なら納得です。

The location is convenient if you are just passing through Rome from the termini. The breakfast at the downstairs cafe was average.
Unfortunately the hostel was disgusting when i was there. The bins of used toilet paper were overflowing, dirty wet towels stayed on the shared bathroom floor, there was hair all over both showers, and even a band aid in one. Yuck. The staff were absent and didn’t seem too interested in doing any work.
This place is cheap but you get what you pay for.

A due passi dalla stazione Termini, personale gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa e silenziosa, colazione buona.

Hôtel propre mais gros manque sanitaire dans la chambre.

Accueil dû personnel très prévenant et souriant malgré la barrière de la langue.

PERSONALE GENTILISSIMO, COLAZIONE INCLUSA NEL PREZZO DAVVERO BUONISSIMA

Certo che per quel prezzo con colazione non mi aspettavo nulla di buono, quindi ero pronto ad affrontare qualche disagio. Posizione comodissima, colazione con cappuccio e cornetto al bar sotto. Pulizia poco curati, bagni sporchi, su richiesta mi hanno cambiato l’asciugamano, in camera eravamo in tre con due armadi ed un comodino, a me è toccato il comodino non erano presenti attaccapanni o sedie quindi per appoggiare lo zaino ed i vestiti rimani il pavimento. Anche gli armadi non erano previsti di appendono e chiusura con lucchetto. Personale molto cortese e gentile.

Lasciate perdere le precedenti recensioni! L'hotel ha cambiato gestione ed i nuovi proprietari stanno facendo di tutto per rendere confortevole questo spazio! Lo stabile non è il massimo ma il punto ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

L'unico problema nella quale mi sono imbattuto è il fattore acqua, ovvero non c'era abbastanza portata d'acqua per poter lavarsi tranquillamente.

駅前の道を歩いて20秒。ローマっ子もびっくりのレトロなエレベーターで4階。全6室のホテル。
若い女性が一人で真夜中にチェックインしていました。若い女性が多いみたいです。
中は改装したてで真っ白。トイレとシャワーは共同ですが快適です。
とにかくいい。最安価格も最高ですが、朝のローマを満喫できます。
テルミニ駅最近なので教会の鐘とローマっ子の大声の会話でイタリア映画に浸れます。
高級ホテルを思うなら、来てはダメです。びっくりするような宿泊料で朝食付きなのですが、隣のレストランで食べます。パンとカプチーノなのですが通勤途中のローマのサラリーマンと一緒に浸りきれます。
このカプチーノがすごい。カプチーノの本物を体験できます。「スタバは違う」と口に出してしまいます。

Pokoj schludny, lazienka mogla by byc w lepszym stanie. Bardzo dobre sniadanie (kawa i slodka buleczka) w pobliskiej restauracji.

The hotel was bought by someone a month before, so these may just be early problems, but our stay was terrible.

The only entrance is via a locked door that the receptionist unlocks, however after 9pm they just disappear- meaning you have to ring the doorbell multiple times, yell and slam the door until someone lets you in. This is ridiculous and annoying when you’re trapped outside, and makes it hard to sleep when you’re inside.

The staff are regularly nowhere to be found, we’ve caught them smoking indoors or just hanging round in a group outside while the hotel is left unattended.

The bathrooms are disgusting. Toilets aren’t cleaned, sinks and drains are blocked and there’s no water pressure or easy temperature change in the shower.

Stay away!!!!

一つの入り口から4つのホテルへ階を挟んであるので分かりにくい処もあるのですが室内は清潔で静かです。WiFiが少し途切れることがあります。

The stay was good. I would say Value for money. Location is also good.

While in Rome I walked into a small convenience store to buy a drink. Meanwhile a few emails came in, via my phone. Someone had booked this hotel using my card information, same card I had just used to buy a drink. I called the travel site used to book this hotel, but when they reached out to this hotel they refused to cancel the online transaction. I reviewed the transactions and noticed the drink was never charged and instead my card information taken to book this hotel, which by coincidence is right above the hotel. I walked up and I was he genuinely afraid for my life. I wanted to speak to the front desk person but a female resident warned me this weren't people to mess with. $400 we're stolen from my card and I noticed right away, I contacted both the travel site expedia in this case, and figured out where the hotel was. Neither party helped. My information was fraudulently taken and a hotel was booked immediately, taking part of my vacation reserve money. The people are running a theft ring , using the business down stairs.

Nothing other than location is good.

we had two rooms. One is very cold and the other one has its heater broken. It was very easy to hear what's happening in the lobby and the bathrooms are quite dirty and stinks. The so called hotel urgently needs refurbishment.

It was the worst place I've ever stayed in. I'm not a very picky guy, but this "locanda" does not meet even the most basic requirements. The "room" had only a bed and a chest of drawers, not even a chair or a mirror. There was a terrible smell in one of the bathrooms and if somebody left the door of that bathroom open, this smell reached my room, because there was a gap of 1 inch between the door and the floor. And of course, the light in the corridor was visible all the night. This "locanda" occupies the 4-th floor of a building and has something like a front desk. During the night, the front desk guy sleeps there on two chairs and you will hear his snoring all night long. No soap in the bathrooms. Deodorant? Those guys don't even know, what it is. As for the breakfast, it is a coffee (or a juice) and a donut in a cafe next door and at least that cafe was pretty clean and coffee was good.
It's a shame, that such an experienced traveler as me has picked up this place. My dear fellow travelers! If you don't want your vacation to be spoiled or even ruined by places like that, stay away!
