Parfait juste le matelas qui n'était pas confortable.

Bartender was great! A+ for a positive attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to make sure you enjoy your drinks and your stay.

Hotel grounds were very nice, hammock was a pristine environment with the view, the nice breeze, and comfort to relax and enjoy the island and hotel.

Room was very clean, bathroom especially was spotless.

Two twin beds setup was a bit odd for a couple traveling but we made it work !

Breakfast was nice and staff ensured all tables were clean and food available. Would recommend this hotel. The view was incredible and the piscina naturale just West of the hotel was an amazing experience with the clear blue water , lounge chairs, snack bar, and cliff jumping.

I spent two nights at this hotel. My first night at this hotel was utterly miserable and I got zero sleep. My room was like a Euro dance club with pounding base dance music. I started calling hotel reception at 12 and called continuously till after 3am. The hotel did not consider this its problem since off property and made zero effort to try to account for my inconvenience. The, “not our problem you paid for a room and got no sleep” attitude of the hotel is the basis for this rating. There was zero sense of apology, let’s give a small discount, or a free room service, nothing. The fact that I paid for a room that was extremely loud and could not sleep, this hotel made blatantly clear that I just had to suck it up and accept it. I have stayed at hotels where things go perfectly and hotels where on occasion something goes wrong, eg, hvac not working or loud wedding event disturbed guests. The reputable hotels are the ones where when sometimes goes wrong they try to make it up to the guests. The Hotel Sao Jorge Garden is not that type of hotel. Also, because I did not get any sleep, I was not able to do what I planned to do that day in Sao Jorge. I thought staying at the larger hotel in Sao Jorge would be the best choice, however, it was not. This is the worse experience I have ever had in all my years of travel. Every other hotel I have stayed at understood that one of their core duties is to provide an environment where their guest could have a peaceful nights rest.

Amazing and helpful staff! Loved the stunning garden grounds which are well groomed and maintained regularly. Overall a beautiful hotel!

Great stay and location. Place was exceptionally well taken, clean and has great knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was out of this world. Let’s not forget the amazing views from our patio

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything was well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely perfect—fresh, delicious, and with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

This property was a great place to stay. The rooms were a great size and the beds were comfy. Great breakfast to boot!

The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect! If you want to see the stone arch, it is next door to the hotel. If you want to swim in the natural pool, it is on the other side of the hotel. The hotel also has a pool and lovely grounds. The breakfast is great, as well. Sao Jorge Gardens if definitely a place I will stay again.

Super hotel avec une piscine d'eau de mer et un jardin en haut d'un falaise avec une vue magnifique sur la côte et sur l'île de Pico.
Chambre confortable du 1er étage a une vue dégagée sur le Pico.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié.

A very modern, clean hotel with beautiful ocean views from your room. Will definitely book here again and will recommend to friends and family. Staff are very professional and friendly.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans Sao Jorge. Par contre draps sales, balcon poussiéreux, le tuyau de la Climatisation qui pend dans le vide et qui coule sur le carrelage, baie vitrée jamais lavé… un peu cher pour le rapport qualité prix. Par contre très bon choix de nourriture au buffet du petit déjeuner. Pourrais aussi mieux faire patienter ses clients en offrant de l’eau, du jus ou du café.

Makkelijk gelegen in het centrum van Velas. Goed ontbijt inbegrepen in de prijs. Super vriendelijk personeel.

Really nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the air conditioner in my room was not cooling. Staff tried to work on it and ended up with a miserable night of sweating. After talking with the staff again the next morning, they upgraded my room, at no extra cost, to one with a working air conditioner. That was a great night of sleep. Other than this issue, I would stay there again. My low rating was solely based off not having a working air conditioner.

The property was very nice and the location great. They claim to offer airport transfers but did not provide because the driver was out sick on my day of arrival and then the front desk forgot to confirm the return to airport and had to scramble to find a taxi. Also there was coffee in the room but no coffee cups. The maids disconnected the refrigerator every day even though we asked to keep it connected.

Das größte Hotel in Velas liegt zentrumsnah und ideal neben dem öffentlichen Badestrand der Naturbecken.Preis/Leistungsverhältnis i.O, gepflegter Garten mit großen Swimmingpool (Meewasser), sehr sauber. Alles in Allem, auch für Individualurlauber, durchwegs Pauschalgruppen, eine gute Option sich mal etwas Luxus zu gönnen. Zimmer Standard Mobiliar, teilw. etwas älterer Stil. jedoch mit Balkon und Meeblick.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffett bietet eine schöne Auswahl, der Salzwasserpool ist schön groß, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
