Good choice. Good service
Nothing because we couldn't find the hotel. Impossible to contact by phone, due to a robot answering. At the end of a tiring day we gave up and got incredible service at the Spitfire Premier Inn.. So paid twice - a rare example of being let down by Booking.com
See above - even the locals avoid Stafford.
Staff were very helpful and friendly 🙂, and the food was very good. Lovely room and great sleeps.
I travel allot on business it is really nice to stay somewhere with character. The staff were all really helpful and the room was great, especially the bed mattress.

Very comfortable room in a great central location. A nice evening meal.
Noise from internal corridors and the street outside prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. Maybe the price you have to pay for a central location.
It’s just wonderful in every way, the staff are outstanding 🤩 we regularly stay here with our dogs, they love it too as there’s always a bowl of treats waiting for them in the room!

The breakfast: The hashbrowns were good, but there needs to be more veggie or pescatarian options.
Staff were friendly,hotel was lovely and room was clean.
Toilet seat had a stain on it and the sink plug didn't work.
