Lekker ontbijt
Basic buffet en extra ( english / eggs Benedict, ...) vers klaar gemaakt.

Cons:

restaurant sluit om 09h00 en wij kwamen pas aan om 9u15 maar was niet meer mogelijk andere zaten wel nog te eten.

Pros:

Excellent location, nice big room, clean.

Cons:

Some staff were very poor and have not been trained correctly, I spoke to a duty manager and he was dreadful, he was out of his depth.

Hotel w klimacie historycznym w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Duże, przestronne pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

Cons:

Powolna winda.

A nice place to stay, good rooms, great staff, price was reasonable & in a good location Recommended
Pros:

Room was clean, good size with a tv & coffee/ tea etc. Bed was a little hard but clean. bathroom was decent sized although the toilet had a slight leak. it was in a good location very close to the centre, free parking was also a bonus. The staff were all good & very helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good one.

Cons:

it was a very busy restaurant so service was a little slow. the sweets were also over cooked, to the point you couldn't stick a fork in them. They had also ran out of quite a lot on their menu. We were given a disabled room, (we are not disabled) which meant the bars at the side of the bath were very cold to the touch.

Great loction and superb staff.
Pros:

Staff are great, location very good for town centre. Special mention for room service, room was always immaculately cleaned but things were left how I left them.

Cons:

Some communal areas and parts of the restaurant were overly warm. WIFI in my room was not strong enough for a video call I had to attempt.

The hotel has lots of small areas to eat/drink, felt very disjointed with no atmosphere. Our superior room was quiet but very bland, characterless
