Enjoyable and comfortable stay
Pros:

Beautiful views. Comfortable and very clean room. Decent breakfast - lots of choice.

Cons:

Although the views are worth it, I’d recommend getting a car / taxi to access the hotel, as the hill is very steep! A regular shuttle bus would be very useful here!

Pros:

Reception staff were pleasant, the parador is magic! Parking and access is fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The smaller room 105 was very warm. The temperature was adjusted but didn’t cool down. The code for the communal toilets downstairs could be shared at checking. It asked to wait to enter restaurant but there were limited staff attention. Not everything was available on the dinner menu.
