Great breakfast.
Great location.
Whilst part of the parador was old quite a lot had been rebuilt which was a little disappointing.
The location of this Parador is absolutely excellent, situated right in the main square.
Driving Arrival: Approach the hotel from the south side via the tourist office on the cobbled streets. Turn left from there, and let Google Maps guide you through the final turns.
The hotel itself features huge, welcoming public spaces with comfortable sofa areas to relax in.
Our bedroom was enormous, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. A huge window overlooked the side terrace.
The bed was excellent, the pillows were perfect, and the air conditioning worked beautifully. There is a fridge in the room including minibar options, although keep in mind there are no coffee-making facilities.
The bathroom was a bit tight on space and had a shower over the bathtub, but it was perfectly functional.
Breakfast is available for an extra €22, but because you are right on the main square, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés right on doorstep if you prefer to wander out.
Parking: the Parador car park opposite is outside (€18/day), underground parking €20/day, or the secluded outdoor car park- behind a building - is €12/day.
The staff were professional and welcoming providing a good service.

We were amazed when we walked into our junior suite. It was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful old-world feel to it. The staff was welcoming and was quick to help us with our questions. The morning buffet was nice as well. It had a good variety of hot and cold options.
The dinner was included in the price and very expensive. The service was nice, but the food was not to my liking. I'm sure that more sophisticated diners appreciate the more elevated options. Personally, I was envious of the guy eating the burger with fries just one the other side of the window. I asked If I could simply order from the cafe side of the restaurant, but they told me no. Overall, it was a little frustrating to have to pay so much for food that I did not want or enjoy. But, I can see how others would think it was great.
Perfect location for wandering around the old town
The restaurant was too austere with no atmosphere. The portions of food were too small and the evening meal was too expensive. We chose to eat elsewhere for our other two evenings in the hotel. It is a shame because the rest of the hotel was perfect.
Ambience and history
Staff were working hard, but seemed to be understaffed in the bar and restaurant. Restaurant meal was disappointing.

バスタブがあったので嬉しかったのですがぬるいお湯しか出ず利用できず残念でした。

Breakfast was great. Much variety. The location was beautiful.
Not much. Historical buildings but not much else.
The lack of attentive staff. Terrible menu choices/options. The coach loads of tourists in the town. A room that smelt damp and mouldy.
