Outstanding staff, location rooms, and breakfast.
Pros:

The staff at B+B York are exceptional. We were staying in York so we could visit my uncle in hospital and the staff were so kind, supportive and helpful. They were very flexible with our booking and were happy for us to book on a nightly basis. Their flexibility, kindness, and care made a real difference to us.

We liked everything about the property, location, staff and breakfast!

Great b and b with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location was great only a 10 minute walk to the centre. The staff were fabulous and very helpful and friendly. My daughter needed to be off to work early on Saturday morning so an early breakfast was arranged by the staff. Breakfast was really good too.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness. I would definitely stay again. Sadly I missed breakfast as it doesn't start until 8am and I had to leave, but I'm sure it would have been lovely.

Excellent choice for short or long stay outside of city's hustle and bustle
Pros:

The location is outside the city center but bus stop to city center or York railway stations are in walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with different options to avail. The room was clean and spacious; toilet was clean too. The staffs were very welcoming and friendly.
