Un peu trop chaud dans les chambres et couloirs (mettre les radiateurs à une température moyenne dans l’établissement et les gens voient dans leur chambre.

Expensive for what it was
The staff was very nice and helpful. The main floor with restaurant, bar, sitting area, all was very nice and comfortable. The chef and staff did a fantastic job with dinner.
The hotel room was cramped, old, uncomfortable, out of style, not what you would expect for $ 1500 per night.
The ski locker room was also cramped

The staff were amazing: special shout out for the Gentleman Ronan! Very genuinely friendly, polite and helpful. The food on the whole was very good. Good breakfast .
Two slight groans was temperature of the pool ( a little in the cool side!) but the rest of the SPA including the staff was great.
Better coffee machine at breakfast time.
The team was wonderful and very helpful. The front desk attendants helped us with our delayed luggage issue. They turned a disappointing start from British airways completely around. The rooms were very cozy. The food was great. The spa was very relaxing.
I would have liked longer hours on the spa amenities.

Das Restaurant ist beengt und die Küche ist okay, allerdings ohne große Auswahl. Das „Spa“ verdient den Namen nicht wirklich. Keine Entspannungsmöglichkeiten und alles sehr klein. Der Pool ist klein (wirkt auf den Fotos anders) Sehr beengte Sauna und alle Gäste ohne Handtuch in der Sauna… Keine Abkühlungsmöglichkeit.
Skikeller und Schränke etwas in die Jahre gekommen (erinnert an eine alte Jugendherberge)
Good views & central location. Benefits of a small hotel. Pleasant staff but lacked 4 star customer service.
Bit tired eg carpet worn on stairs. Access to slopes from boot room was slippy. Evening meal service was poor.
Clean good spa
Spa opening times needed to be longer ie what if you were injured and couldn’t ski them you would be stuck
I had an amazing week staying at this hotel with incredible staff who made me feel welcome and always available to provide local knowledge for places to eat etc
