Pros:

My guests said breakfast was fantastic and thank you also for getting Gen in with massage therapist on such short notice! I am so grateful and she said it was excellent!

We will be back at Cristallo!
Pros:

Newly renovated property with comfortable rooms. I really appreciated the gym. I wish it had free hand weights and a matt. Treadmills were great. Staff were friendly and cleaning staff fantastic. It will he incredible when pool and spa is complete.

Cons:

The Cristallo beach bar had limited offerings. Would have like more grab and go food options. Staff was very friendly though and what they did have was delicious

Comoda e funzionale location vicino al mare dotata di tutti i confort

Cons:

Al momento della prenotazione su Booking non vi è specificato che per gli animali (cani) occorre autorizzazione della struttura ed inoltre sono a pagamento (15 euro) ma non danno alcun service (ciotola, croccantini, tappetini e cc.)

É in fase di ristrutturazione ma se al termine dei lavori saranno mantenute le intenzioni sarà davvero molto bello spero solo che nn alzino troppo i prezzi!! pénible et arnaque avec l'obligation de louer les parasols et transats
Pros:

Seule Paola l'esthéticienne et son petit institut était au top au niveau de ses services, gentillesse et interaction avec la clientèle.

Cons:

Très décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. La chambre « supérieure » n’avait de supérieur que le balcon et le prix. Équipements insuffisants, télévision avec très peu de chaînes et fonctionnement défaillant. L’accueil à la réception était peu chaleureux.

Voyageant avec mon chiot, ils m'ont chassée du petit déjeuner car interdit et aucune solution ne m’a été proposée pour le petit-déjeuner : j’ai dû aller dans un autre établissement alors que j’avais payé cette prestation. De plus, l’hôtel n’était même pas informé de la présence de mon chiot à mon arrivée, alors que je l'avais annoncé. Ils ont dû demander à la direction qui heureusement a accepté, sinon je n'avais pas de chambre.

Dans la douche, pas de porte-savon, je devais à chaque fois me baisser

Le parking est vétuste, non couvert et peu entretenu.

Au final, un rapport qualité-prix très décevant : l’établissement semble davantage pratiquer un tarif 4 étoiles qu’offrir des prestations réellement à ce niveau.
Je leur conseil aussi de penser à une petite cafetière avec capsule, boulloire, café déca, thé, sucre, crème et cuillères avec pourquoi pas des petits biscuits.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, ambienti molto puliti e staff disponibile e cordiale

Cons:

Vengono accettati piccoli animali domestici ma non sono ammessi nelle aree comuni. È un disagio per chi porta con sé il suo animale d'affezione
