The room was great : sufficient space/had a safe/ no noise and the ac was working smoothly (our other Italian accomodations had bad AC during this heatwave).
The rooms were cleaned exceptionally. We actually met the cleaning lady she was a sweethart. Actually loved the room (cold in a heatwave) and very very quiet.
Breakfast was decent and good.
Location : As a budget location (not in Venice) it was pretty good. We did find similarly priced things in Venice but here we had our own bathroom which was a must . So 10/10 Mestre location and 8/10 Venice location (we realised that after walking 20k steps it's a bit annoying to go with the bus somewhere als
Somehow the hotel needs a lot of work remodelling. We were woken up at 1 AM by the roof in the hallway effectively breaking (there was a leak and the roof literally collapsed in the hallway. Nobody got hit or anything but that scared us during one of the nights.
Staff actually handled it well (not to noisy) but still the hotel needs a bit of work.

Localizacao muito proxima do autocarro para Veneza. Viagem de 20 minutos para Veneza por 1,5€ para cada lado.
Hotel um pouco antiquado, mas muito funcional para vuzitar Veneza.
Obsługa bardzo miła, sympatyczna i pomocna, rodzinna atmosfera.
Śniadanie adekwatne do poziomu hotelu oraz ceny, można było się najeść na początek dnia i zwiedzać Wenecję bez konieczności szukania miejsca na pierwszy posiłek, Śniadanie spokojnie wystarczało aż do obiadu.
Lokalizacja idealna - około 5 minut spacerem do przystanku autobusowego z którego w 15 minut można było dojechać do Wenecji.
