This hotel stay was fair.
Pros:

I liked that they worked to get us an early check-in due to our extremely long flight.
Nicholas, at the front desk, was very professional, helpful, and pleasant to talk to.
I liked the free tour experiences. A great bonus!

Cons:

*The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were the worst beds ever!
*The rooms are plain and cold. They look like empty dorm rooms.
*The 3rd shifts front desk clerk, married with light brown hair, was very rude and impatient. He would cut me off in mid-sentence. He should be reprimanded for being so rude to customers. There is no excuse for his behavior because it is totally unacceptable behavior. This man represents your hotel.
* The location is far from the city center and riding the bus and the metro can presents a new set of challenges because the directions given are very vague.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique (nombreux arrêts de bus à proximité, snacks, supermarché).
La chambre est spacieuse.

Cons:

Ne vous embêtez pas à réserver un studio pour bénéficier d’une kitchenette car elle n’est pas équipée (pas de couverts, pas d’assiettes, pas de torchon…).
Le ménage n’est pas entièrement fait : il y a beaucoup de surfaces avec de la poussière, les verres et tasses utilisés ne sont pas remplacés, la table n’est pas nettoyée.
Il y a un bruit de soufflerie toute la nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est passable.
L’hôtel possède une laverie mais le lave-linge était en panne...

Great stay!
Pros:

We stayed at Apparthotel Colombo and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Rome. The apartments are spotless, comfortable, with everything you need, and the location is excellent for getting around the city.

But what truly made the difference was *Giorgio*. His attitude is simply outstanding: kind, approachable, and always genuinely willing to help. We ran into several typical tourist problems—transportation, bookings, questions about schedules—and Giorgio didn’t just give us answers, he saved us time, money, and a lot of stress. You can tell he really cares about you having a great trip and he knows Rome like the back of his hand.

It’s so refreshing to meet people who work with that level of service and dedication. Thanks to him, our days in Rome were much easier and we enjoyed every minute.

Apparthotel Colombo is 100% recommended, and if Giorgio is at reception, you know you’re in good hands. We’ll definitely be back.

Séjour de 5j à Rome
Pros:

J’ai bien aimé mon séjour à cet hôtel, la chambre est exactement comme sur les photos: grande, bien éclairée, la literie était bonne.
Le personnel était très agréable, il y a un arrêt de bus qui rejoint le centre-ville à moins de 5 min à pied de l’hôtel.

Clean property.
Close to the bus that takes you downtown.

Cons:

- Quite noisy (our room was directly attached to the neighbors, so we could hear their alarm clocks in the mornings and their conversations)
