The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Please note that the property only accepts pets weighing 10 kg or less. They can be accommodated for EUR 10 per pet per night.

Perfect place to stay to get to anywhere near and location is perfect to nearly all the attractions in nice

Erreur de casting pour moi, inadapté déplacement pro

Le prix, l'accueil par le personnel

Cons:

Commande réalisée par booking sans paiement (paiement à l'arrivée) et message quasi immédiat via la messagerie booking pour un paiement avant arrivée sous risque de perdre la chambre.
Nouveau paiement à faire à l'arrivée pour la taxe de séjour (lourd pour les frais professionnels à gérer).
code de porte d'entrée adressée dans les messages booking difficile à retrouver quand nécessaire.
le petit déjeuner commence à être servi à 8h, incompatible avec une nuitée pro.
La literie n'était pas de première qualité.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. It was beautiful. Nice views of the city and the mountains. The girls that work at the reception were very nice and friendly and allowed us an early check in. Would highly recommend staying here.

A great stay if you want to be in a central location with access to night life
Pros:

Very spacious room, in a perfect location around Messena piazza. Full of restaurants and bars. The staff were very nice and they upgraded us without asking

Cons:

The rooms need some update as the furniture was outdated. Although there is an elevator one needs to go to semi-floor to get it and one more stair to get down upon arrival. That might be a problem for people with accessibility issues

Pros:

立地はとても良いです。
海に近く、マセナ広場にも近いです。
賑やかな場所に位置していますが、お部屋にいると静かです。

お部屋は清潔で、
小さなキッチンがあります。

Cons:

施設の目の前の通りに、
一般車の通過／一時停車はできない為、
自分で離れた道路から荷物を運ぶ必要があります。

また、すぐにはエレベーターに乗る事ができず、
階段を２回（①エレベーターまで、②エレベーターから部屋まで）、登る必要があります。

これらを気にしなければ、
素晴らしい施設です！

A fantastic stay!
Pros:

Recommended! We had a great stay and the staff at the reception were very helpful and attentive.

Apart from the great location just next to Place Masséna, we really appreciated the spacious apartment that had a sunny balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
