The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Not very clean
Pros:

Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Walls and doors were dirty. Shower needed better cleaning as well.

Pros:

This hotel is great for the price point and location. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

Some things to note…it is hard to find. The entrance is right next to the SFR store. You will have to carry your luggage up some stairs. It is not accessible by car.

All that being said, it is a great hotel for the price point.

Center Nice at his best
Pros:

Location was perfect right in center of nice....hops, restaurants, theatres, the sea everything was there close by actually short distance from the aparhotel.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, calm and to my surprise very quiet.
The room was spacious with large bathroom and a kitchenette fully equipped.
The room was cleaned and the bed was very comfortable.
For the location of this Aparhotel I guess the price per room was right.
During our stay the lift broke so we had to walk up 3 floors but the stairs case is very large so that was no problem for us.

mon compte a été débiter mais réservation par contre a été prise par une tierce personne selon booking et l’hôtel aussi ya eu un beugue de système et résultat ni mon argent récupérer et une famille avec bébé 2ans un de 5 handicapé et un autre de 8 ans dans la rue après 10h de trajet.

Unkompliziert, komfortable und sehr schön und praktisch.
Pros:

Die Lage wir ausgezeichnet. Man befindet sich direkt im Zentrum der tollen Altstadt von nizza. Vom Balkon des Frühstückbereiches hat man den Blick auf die lebhafte Straße. Sehr gut!

Lage top. Der Rest leider nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss bei der Place Massena und von dort weitere 5 Minuten bis ins vieux Nice. In der Strasse vor dem Hotel (Fussgängerzone) hat es jede Menge Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Zimmer wie das ganze Hotel ist gut fotografiert. Die Möbel und Dekoration sind lieblos zusammengewūrfelt und die Möbel haben ihre Möbel definitiv schön länger hinter sich. Die Dusche war eine Herausfordeung.
Das Frühstücksbuffet in einem winzigen Raum ( sehr sehr eng Platz für 5 kleine runde Tischchen) war sehr überschaubar. Fürchte, Croissant, Confiture und Joghurt. Für 11€ haben wir aussen sehr schöne Frühstücke gesehen. Insgesamt hat für uns Preis-Leistung nicht gestummen. Schade.

Nice stay in a terrific location
Pros:

Impeccable location -- this is just a really, really well located hotel. Also had excellent soundproofing on the windows and excellent air conditioning. We were very comfortable and especially enjoyed the relatively spacious and well-lit kitchen/dining area.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but this was not a real problem. The elevator did not function for over 24 hours during our stay, including when we needed to check out, requiring us to climb up and down 5 flights of stairs. This was *in no way* the hotel's fault, but it did dampen our enthusiasm for the property!
