The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Please note that the property only accepts pets weighing 10 kg or less. They can be accommodated for EUR 10 per pet per night.

Dont rent from them. It’s a scam .
Pros:

This place is the worst . Self check in, the code never worked , we are from America and had to stayed outside with our suit cases , icalling their fake emergency number from 10.30 pm to 6 am . They responded the next day at 11 am . They messed up our entire vacation .

Cons:

Can’t even park around . Bunch of dangerous people working around.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait surtout si on cherche un hébergement raisonnable en plein centre. C'est petit mais bien conçu. Accueil sympathique

Cons:

Il ne faut pas être trop chargé car l'ascenseur ne dessert pas le RDC et le 5ème étage. Et ne pas s'attendre à un hôtel. C'est un immeuble aménagé.

A wonderful stay in a fantastic location with exceptional staff—we’ll definitely be back.
Pros:

After having to leave our previous accommodation in Menton because the host failed to disclose that the air conditioning wasn’t working, arriving at AMMI felt like a breath of fresh air. The cool apartment, friendly staff and comfortable accommodation immediately put us at ease. We really appreciated the warm welcome and the excellent location, which made exploring Nice so easy.

Cons:

Nothing significant. It’s an aparthotel rather than a luxury hotel, but it delivers exactly what it promises. The owners have done a great job creating a modern, colourful and welcoming space.

Trotz der guten Lage nie wieder….

Lage in der Innenstadt

Cons:

Die Abmachung mit dem Parkhaus hat nicht geklappt, wir mussten nachzahlen bei der Ausfahrt.
Ein Teil der Wohnung konnte nicht betreten werden und dort war eine Türe offen, man füllte sich nicht sicher.
