The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Please note that the property only accepts pets weighing 10 kg or less. They can be accommodated for EUR 10 per pet per night.

Great location, but room for improvement
Pros:

The location was perfect – very central and convenient, with everything within walking distance.
The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The elevator stops between floors, which makes it very inconvenient, especially for guests with strollers.
The floor in our room was quite dirty upon arrival.
The room was not cleaned at all during our three-day stay. We were told that housekeeping had to be requested in advance, which felt unreasonable considering the price we paid.

Pros:

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel. Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant et serviable. Le soir, fenêtres fermées, on peut se détendre au calme, loin du bruit de la rue. Mon amie et moi avions réservé une chambre double. Seuls les lits étroits et les oreillers inconfortables nous ont déplu. Le petit-déjeuner était frugal. Le choix était le même chaque jour : viennoiseries, deux sortes de charcuterie et deux sortes de fromage, concombre, poivrons en julienne, yaourt et thé ou café. Les seuls points forts de l'hôtel sont son emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.

Personnel très attentionné et expérimenté. Réceptionniste à l'écoute et aimable. Accueillis par Paula, elle a toujours su répondre à nos questions et nous aiguiller lorsque nous découvrions Nice !
