The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Cons:

La tres mauvaise gestion du sinistre malgre la bonne volonté des employés à faire au mieux . Des la constations de l'incendie, la direction aurait dû demblee anticiper et se charger de trouver un autre hôtel on nous a fait vénir mons de 3h apres l'incendie en nous persuadant quil n''y avait pas d'odeur alors que les couloirs contigus empestait l'odeur de fumée. J'ai fini apres ́négociation par atterrir dans u n hôtel proche de l'aéroport où jai pu rejoindre mon lit vers 1h 1h du matin fatiguée.. tres mal dormi malgre une chambre satisfaisante. Vraiment responsables pas a la hauteur de la respoonsabîite qui leur incombe . Si j'avais accepté j'aurais dormi dans l'odeur de suie qui tapissait les escaliers et ́les couloirs ...

Great hotel staff, location, and room; I would absolutely recommend or return.
Pros:

Very spacious room (with kitchenette and dining table); very helpful and hospitable staff. Shopping and restaurants completely surrounding you from the moment you step out the front door of the hotel.

Cons:

The building entry/path to the registration desk looks weathered/aged. MNo safe in room and room on a half floor from elevator (you always must walk up or down 10 or so stairs even when taking the elevator).

Ein sehr gelungenes Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie gehabt und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Danke auch an das Personal die nachts für uns erreichbar gewesen sind.

Cons:

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind generell ein Problem für einen SUV mit Dachbox
