The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

能感受到法国传统公寓的格局，总体还是不错的体验。
Pros:

公寓的早餐厅非常小但是可以带回房间吃非常nice，布置的很温馨，早餐的味道非常好，面包、可丽饼、派都是现做的，有喜欢的香肠，还有牛奶、好几种酸奶、水果，住了3个晚上，三天的早餐是一样的，最好能每天换一下。公寓的位置还不错，楼下也很繁华，离广场也近、海边步行也不算远，晚上也比较安静。

Cons:

电梯实在是太小了，而且都是在每层的中间，大箱子搬上搬下特别不方便，老房子的设计干湿分离、马桶间就只有一个马桶的空间，洗手都得换到另一间去。床品有些旧。离公共停车场得步行七八分钟。可能是因为8月旺季，实在是很贵。

Emplacement exceptionnel

Cons:

Les parties communes de l’immeuble dans lequel est situé l’hôtel sont clairement à rafraîchir. Nous avons l’habitude des hôtels AMMI à Nice et le niveau des chambres étaient en dessous des autres hôtels du groupe, propres et bien agencées mais vieillissantes. Un petit coup d’entretien/rénovation est à prévoir.
