The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Ideale Homebase für Rennrad-Ferien oder Velotrekking

Sehr freundliches Personal, am Telefon bei Nachfragen vorgängig als auch vor Ort. Erhielten sogar ein Upgrade in ein wunderschön grosses Appartement, damit wir unsere Fahrräder problemlos auf's Zimmer nehmen können. Darum ein Top-Tipp für Leute auf der Eurovelo 8. Wifi super, Frühstück auch und die Lage im Herzen von Nizza ist perfekt. Das ganze erhielten wir super spontan zu einem sehr fairen Preis! Wir haben uns das Apparthotel defintiv vorgemerkt für die nächsten Rennrad-Reisen als mögliche Homebase...

Cons:

Wie hatten einzig etwas Pech mit einem kleinen Wasserschaden. Spätnachts drang etwas Wasser, vermutlich vom Nachbar beim Benutzen des Lavabos, in unser Zimmer ein. Aber da wir viele Duschtücher im Bad hatten, nutzen wir diese um zu trocknen. Das kann halt passieren und war nicht tragisch.

Would highly recommend felt safe travelling in my own great location .

Loved location and having apartment to cook . Was able to get washing done which was a huge bonus . Staff very helpful .

Espectacular, si vas varios días a Niza lo recomendaría mil veces!

El lugar nos encantó! Súper cómodo, espacioso y decorado con muy buen gusto!

Cons:

El baño tenía una placa del techo levantada que al bañarte generaba incomodidad, es algo que se puede resolver fácil
