Personale accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli e pulitissima. La camera molto accogliente e pulita.
Absolument parfait pour un week-end tranquille. Dans un cadre de nature, le relais est très agréable et le spa est accessible à la journée. Le personnel est super agréable et très arrangeant. La chambre était très propre et confortable. En bonus, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et le choix est là ! Et pour finir, le parking gratuit permet d'arriver en toute sérénité.

Staff davvero accogliente e pronto per ogni esigenza. Spa favolosa, curata e pulita. Colazione ottima e abbondante, consigliatissimo. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.
Se devo trovare un difetto, sono i letti un po' scomodi e materassi singoli per fare un matrimoniale

We stayed 5 nights in low season. Staff were fantastic and really caring. Gave us an upgrade, even a discount at checkout and a small gift. We enjoyed the pool facilities (hot tub, sauna, all open even though we seemed to be the only few guests), balcony views, and great dinners (rotating dishes every night). It was great value
After 5 days breakfast felt a bit repetitive, would-be nice to have one rotating hot dish every day. Note the location is quite remote so you definitely need a car. On the plus side it was incredibly quiet and isolated at night (in a good way!)

Struttura cercata per puro caso su Booking ma è stata una bella scelta.
È difficile trovare qualcosa che non ci sia piaciuto.
Il personale molto accogliente e attento a tutto, dall’arrivo fino alla partenza. Sempre sorridenti e gentili che non è così scontato.
Se si vuole staccare dalla routine frenetica è un luogo consigliatissimo.
Si sente proprio il silenzio della natura che ti circonda.
Ottima cucina (anzi vi consiglio la Fassona e i fusilloni all’ossobuco che sono veramente qualcosa di spettacolare) e colazione ricca.
Camera pulita e curata.
Ci ritorneremo con molto molto piacere.

Hôtel situé dans un parc naturel au pied des montagnes, à 30 min de Turin. Chambres confortables, nous étions très satisfaits du spa (piscine, jacuzzis, sauna,...) ainsi que du restaurant ouvert les soirs. Personnel très agréable et qui parle bien français.
