Soggiorno buono, confortevole e in un'ottima posizione, ma ci vorrebbe qualcosa modifica!

Parlando della colazione, essa era molto buona, con una vastità di torte "fatte in casa" che mi hanno fatto impazzire. Forse si dovrebbe ampliare ulteriormente la scelta, con l'aggiunta magari di qualche dolce più tipico della città/regione. Però è andata bene, personalmente parlando. Ho apprezzato tutto. Lo staff, poi, estremamente disponibile e gentile da accoglierci ogni mattina con un sorriso e un caloroso benvenuto.
Per quanto riguarda la stanza possiamo dire di esserci trovate bene. Situata al terzo piano, possedeva delle ampie finestre che rendevano la stanza super luminosa e per questo era confortevole. Era presente ogni cosa: tv, bollitore con tazze e bustine di tè, caffe, zucchero ecc., mini frigo con dentro ogni piccola sfiziosità, appendini, cassetti ampi, scarpe per stare in stanza, busta omaggiata per la biancheria sporca, ampio specchio e molto altro. Il bagno, forse un po' troppo piccolo, ma anch'esso confortevole. Doccia comoda e sanitari puliti, con l'aggiunta di ogni piccolo omaggio: set per denti, shampoo doccia, saponette, cuffie per capelli, set barba, set viso e mani, sacchetto igienizzante per assorbenti. Omaggi davvero molto apprezzati, così come l'intera stanza. Infine, parlando della posizione dell'hotel, direi che è perfettamente strategica. Uscendo da Via Firenze ci si ritrova immediatamente nella via centrale della città, Corso Cavour, e da lì tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a raggiungere qualsiasi luogo poiché tutto era a portata di mano. L'hotel ci è stato consigliato da un'amica e direi che ha fatto bene, poiché il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente buono. Se ci sarà occasione, ci piacerebbe tornare!

Cons:

Per essere un hotel a 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata un letto decisamente più comodo. Sembrava di stare su un materasso gonfiabile e per questo era molto scomodo. Altrettanto le lenzuola che erano fin troppo sintetiche da sembrare di plastica quasi. Inoltre le pareti sono estremamente sottili, tanto da sentire qualsiasi cosa venisse dalle altre stanze e una situazione, in particolare, non è stata di nostro gradimento. Dovrebbero essere insonorizzate, così da evitare di sentire qualsiasi cosa.

Soggiorno nella bella Puglia.
Pros:

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La cena consumata nel ristoranre dell'hotel è stata ottima. La colazione sufficiente, anche se la scelta non era eccessiva. Comodo avere il parcheggio interno (a pagamento)

Cons:

L'hotel accoglieva comitive molto numerose ed un po' rumorose. La camera non è molto insonorizzata. Nel bagno non ci sono ganci o portasciugamani, né uno sgabello, perciò non si sa dove appendere gli asciugamani prima e dopo la doccia e non c'è un portarotolo. Quindi l'uso del bagno è risultato un po' scomodo.
