The owner was very professional and personable. The facility was clean.

Cons:

I have stayed at several B&Bs/hotels. I choose B&B's/hotels because breakfast is provided. Unfortunately, the breakfast food options offered at this hotel were of very low quality. Additionally, continental food options ran out and were not replenished because there was no food remaining. One morning, there was a line outside the dining area because guests were waiting for open tables. We waited 15 - 20 minutes before a table opened.

Très belle découverte de Londres et nous y retournerons rapidement.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre est suffisante en taille pour un court séjour.
Le déjeuner est copieux, choix en buffet de viennoiseries, fruits, céréales .... ainsi qu'à la commande pour un déjeuner Anglais compris dans le prix.
Le personnel est chaleureux et disponible.

Cons:

La chambre que nous possédions mériterait un coup de frais dans la salle de bain et notamment la douche!!

A charming stay in a beautiful hotel, only slightly affected by one staff member’s attitude.
Pros:

I loved the location of the property, and I really liked the design and decoration. The hotel has a charming, authentic English style and looks very pretty. Overall, it felt warm, pleasant, and welcoming.

Cons:

I didn’t like the behaviour of one receptionist on the morning of my departure. She spoke to guests in a rude and abrupt manner, and even told me to move tables while I was eating, without asking politely. Her attitude created an unpleasant atmosphere during an otherwise lovely stay.

Pros:

Practical location, traveling solo so as far as the room goes I didn’t need much more.

Cons:

No shutters, sunlight straight in. Sorry but I really needed to sleep in and it was impossible. No celiac breakfast options.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait : rue calme mais à 20mn à pied de la gare de St Pancras et 10mn à pieds du British Museum. La déco feutrée et très anglaise. Un peu hôtel cosy à taille humaine. Très bon petit déjeuner (continental buffet et English Breakfast à la demande)
