good if you only stay to sleep and take shower, not for long hours stay in the room for one person.
Pros:

I did not take any breakfast. Best was the location.

Cons:

Room was quite small even for one person. Need for maintenance. (shower tap, doors has to be renewed.)

Great Location, Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Amazing location, so close to transport links and city centre. Also lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Clean room, coffee and tea available and kettle. Had clean towels, very clean and spacious bathroom.
Comfortable mattress and very decently spaced room for London.

Cons:

My room was in the middle of the stairwell, which meant it was noisy, and as a solo female traveler, I didn't feel the safest. It's quite noisy with construction work outside (that included 4 hours of beeping from 6am) and very minimal insulation (you could hear upstairs). Not great if you want a lie in.
There was a huge mirror on the entirety of the wall as well, which was a little off-putting.
Some basic wear and tear on the room, the toilet had a poor flush and the drainage was weak in the shower (a plunger should fix it really).

Perfect for a short stay in the city
Pros:

Great location, room was clean and had all the basics I needed for a one night stay. I stayed in a single room at the back of the property and it was very quiet. The girl who was working on the front desk was lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very warm, even though the radiator was off and the ceiling fan was on. I imagine it would be quite hot in the summer.
