Pros:

Lovely was the location, we were actually aware of as stayed close by before. As Golfer, we wanted a short, 1night stay, as we came down from Lisbon. The reception was closed, so we got a Videio via WhatsApp. Interior was kind of late 70s :-) which was kind of cool. Apart from a bit outdated style, all was fine. Beds were cozy, balcoby large and water warm. Overall - price for value - tiptop. Fre parking in front included.

Cons:

For non-residents, the video, which you will receive once arrival is late/early, good identify a bit better the entrance.

Pros:

El apartamento como tal no estaba mal, aunque era super antiguo
La ubicación no está mal pero hay que ir en coche a la marina y zonas céntricas

Cons:

El personal era borde, la limpieza solo se hacía cada dos días, las zonas comunes estaban descuidadas y sucias, los ascensores no funcionaban (uno cerrado y el otro se quedaba pillado entre las plantas)
El penúltimo día llegamos y faltaba una silla del salón, cuando fuimos a hacer el checkout nos dicen que hemos roto una silla y que la señora de la limpieza la ha quitado, nos querían cobrar 50 euros de la fianza por la silla que nosotros ni habíamos roto ni la habíamos sacado de allí, no entendíamos nada. Creo que querían quedarse con parte de la fianza.

Alojamento fora das expectativas!!!
Pros:

Proximidade do centro de Vilamoura.
Zona sossegada.
Fácil acesso a todos os lugares

Cons:

O prédio onde fiquei alojada tem dois elevadores.
Um não funciona faz tempo ( falta de uma peça) e o que deveria funcionar correctamente não tem assegurado o bom funcionamento. Fiquei alojada no sexto andar e pelo menos cinco vezes não consegui deslocar- me aos aposentos porque o elevador estava avariado. Um familiar meu tem 80 anos e não consegue de modo algum subir as escadas!! ( São demasiadas).!!!
O elevador nao tem as inspeções do elevador em dia.
Vi uma barata na varanda da casa!!!
Se soubesse antes o estado do elevador não teria alugado este espaço.

Pros:

Da atenção dos funcionários, localização, pastelaria para tomar pequeno almoço 5 estrelas e muito barato

Cons:

Faltou ar condicionado num dos apartamentos, com este calor não dormimos absolutamente nada!!! Edifício antigo...

We had an enjoyable stay, but it was quite expensive for what it was.
Pros:

It was kept very clean and towels were changed regularly. The staff were very attentive and obliging.

Cons:

Finding a cockroach in the bath and 2 silver fish(1 in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen sink). The bed was very uncomfortable and the brown furniture was very dated. The hair drier didn’t blow hot air out, so we couldn’t use it, and would have brought our own, if we were made aware. There weren’t enough sun beds for the amount of people, on lots of occasions. The external door was often left open and also the access door to the pool. It made the building unsecured.

Pros:

Everything is just perfect there! Very clean, big apartment with very comfortable beds and huge balcony. Kitchen has everything what you need for cooking and a microwave. And very-very nice swimming pool. Sure we’ll be back here!

Pros:

Was hard to find to start with as didn't know reception was in the gold reception but my fault.

Incredible staff members in there to accommodate me and trust me the apartment is huge and could see.roof top pool.

One moan from me as I don't sleep well.is no TV in bedroom that wud be a nice touch for not alot of money

Only a problem for me because I like a TV in bedroom. But for small amount of cost I think residents would prefer the option. But that's not criticising at all. Just my taste

Very basic.
Pros:

The location. There was a pool. There was a rather large balcony. Nice cafe around the corner. Easy parking.

Cons:

Very noisy and close to the street, eventhough I asked for a quiet room. Construction going on by the pool. Very basic and very. very old apartment. All dark wood.
