Heerlijk
Pros:

KarelV is een heerlijk hotel met een prachtige tuin en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De bruidssuite is kleiner dan sommige andere kamers, wat jammer is. We hadden verwacht dat het de mooiste/grootste kamer zou zijn. Er is wel een heerlijk bubbelbad.

L'hôtel est beau, les chambres sont confortables, mais le service en chambre est à améliorer.
Pros:

L'endroit est magnifique, ses jardins et ses espaces ouverts sont très agréables.

Cons:

J'y ai passé 10 nuits. Ils ne fournissent de l'eau que le premier jour, ce qui, selon moi, ne devrait pas arriver. Le ménage de la chambre devrait être fait quotidiennement sans avoir besoin de le demander ; c'est un hôtel, et qui plus est, un 5 étoiles. Le service de nettoyage des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer.
Ils laissaient les verres sales au lieu les remplacer.

A refaire en pleine saison.
Pros:

Monumental,bien placé, central et proche de la gare.
Personnel attentionné, quelques améliorations lui donneraient les vraies 5 stars.
Petit dejeuner à étoffer en diversité et améliorer la literie pour ces prix,
Brasserie Louisa et Lounge de qualité.

Centrally located, really good to access the center by feet

Cons:

According to their homepage, kids with the age up to four years can sleep in the bedroom of their parents, but in our case, they were forcing us to take an upgraded room with €50 extra per night and on top charging us €30 per night for the baby bed for a two year-old baby, that was very disappointing for us. We were explaining to them that our kid became sick suddenly, and therefore we had to take her with us on the trip to Utrecht, and we just wanted to put her in our bed, but they said this is not possible, which is contrary to their statement on their homepage.

Style of the room is very old fashioned.

Pros:

Hotel excelente. Instalações muito boas, excelente café da manhã. Localização ótima, perto da estação de trem e do centro

Cons:

Faltou um pouco mais de atenção na nossa recepção: não nos explicaram nada sobre o hotel, nem que havia uma academia, piscina, restaurantes… poderia ter sido um pouco mais cuidadosa esta parte, mas não nos prejudicou, pois ficamos apenas uma noite.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location. Thank you for the very warm welcome. We were in the Roman Room Building. It was quiet and clean and we appreciated the staff looking after our bags early and then into the room. Reception was excellent. I would stay again but not eat breakfast here.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but not the best. I stay at Pullman hotel in London and the Ink in Amsterdam and I would suggest that the staff compare their breakfasts. In these hotels everything is replenished quickly, it is fresh, and they cater well for different diets. Salads are not mixed with cheese, pickles and gluten free products as well as freshly prepared cakes and desserts are well presented. This was not evident here. Fruit salad was left empty, eggs and bacon sharing the same lid warmer, individual cakes left drying out. Message me if I can help further but I was surprised at this level.

Mooie locatie in historische hartje Utrecht.
Pros:

Locatie en hoe mooi en historisch het gebouw is. Goede restaurants ter plek voor avond eten (van te voren reserveren!). Aardige en behulpzame personeel.

Cons:

Sauna dicht. Fitness en zwembad klein en verouderd. Kamers niet geluid proef dus hoor je veel buiten geluiden en buren op de hang tot laat. Ontbijt niet echt goed. Kwaliteit van shampoo/conditioner in de badkamer ook slecht.

Top place to stay
Pros:

Very hard to fault to be honest. Very stylish place, excellent front of house staff, great location, fine rooms - even though I stayed in the annex and not in the main part of the hotel. Expensive, yes but worth it as a special treat.

Hotel de excelência, grande opção em Utrecht
Pros:

Localização excelente, a passos da Estação de Trem, Shopping Center e centro da cidade. Instalações modernas e de muita qualidade. Camas e chuveiro estupendos. Spa super bem aproveitado e agradável.

Cons:

Nenhuma observação. O custo não é baixo, mas o hotel entrega o que cobra.
