Not worth the room rates charged. Tired and old hotel.
Pros:

The diner at the Brassiere was very good. Drinks in the garden outside the lounge bar were enjoyable. Location was good

Cons:

Rooms need a refurbishment. Old and very tired. TV did not work but was fixed within 24 hours. No smart TV which I would expect in a hotel charging these room rates. No complimentary water. No value for money

Pros:

Hôtel agréable en plein centre ville, c'est beau et a du potentiel. Grande chambre avec un lit king site confortable, petit déjeuner bien achalandé.

Cons:

Le personnel, agréable est très mal organisé et au petit déjeuner et à la brasserie Goeie Louisa. En terasse ou au dîner tout dure des heures et il font des allées et retours sans servir ou regarder les clients.

Conforto e classe em Utrecht.
Pros:

Hotel classudo, tradicional no melhor sentido da palavra. Completo. Equipe muito atenta e eficiente. O quarto de canto é excelente. A localização é perfeita: junto ao centro de Utrecht, sem se expor à algazarra comum em centros de cidades.

Cons:

No desjejum, a Cozinha nem sempre acompanha a dinâmica dos hóspedes. Por vezes demora a repor alguns itens essenciais, como a salada de frutas e os ovos mexidos. Dado que permanecemos muitos dias, vimos isso acontecer algumas vezes.
