Ein Rezeptionist war bei der Ankunft nicht zugewandt: keine Frage nach der Anreise, keine Alternativangebote zu verneinenden Anfragen, es wurde statt niederländisch nur englisch e Sprache angeboten, obzwar deutsche Sprache so nah im Grenzbereich liegend, nahe gelegen hätte

Erg goed hotel op uitstekende locatie in het centrum van Utrecht.
Pros:

Erg goed, comfortabel hotel. Zeer gastvrije medewerkers. Heerlijke keuken. Locatie midden in de stad met goede parkeerfaciliteiten ook heel fijn.

Cons:

Het ontbijt op zondagochtend was een chaos. Gerechten stonden verdeeld opgesteld in verschillende ruimten en tafels waren half of niet gedekt... Desondanks was het personeel - dat soms zelf ook niet wist of begreep waar bestek en kommetjes te vinden waren - uiterst behulpzaam.

Gutes 4 Sterne Hotel, aber wer die versprochenen 5 Sterne erwartet, wird eher enttäuscht sein
Pros:

Es ist ein gutes vier Sterne Hotel, aber kein fünf Sterne Haus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Lage Top. In der Brasserie haben wir gut gegessen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ok, aber nicht überragend und teilweise etwas abgewohnt. Die Dusche war sehr klein und entspricht nicht dem angestrebten Standard. Die Betten sind eher weich, aber ok. Die Hotel Ausstattung ist nett, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Frühstück ist sehr gewöhnlich und wenig vielfältig, aber wenigstens frisch.

Einen schönen ausgestattetes Hotel, schlechte Personalführung und zudem stimmt der Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt

Die Lage und das Design sind richtig gut. Sehr schöne Möbeln, Eingangsbereich.

Cons:

Das personal wird leider nicht so gut geführt, an der Rezeption ist man nicht sehr freundlich und desorientiert. Wir sind am Tag meines Geburtstags dort angereist und es gab nicht mal eine Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel wie ein Fläschchen Sekt. Bei der Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, wir können euch eine Flasche Wasser geben. Was soll das in einem Fünfsternehotel? Richtig enttäuschend! So etwas habe ich bis jetzt nirgendswo gesehen. Die Klimaanlage hat im Zimmer nicht gut funktioniert, in der Dusche läuft das Wasser unter der Tür raus.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous grounds and in an excellent location. The staff are excellent, professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast is good with a wide choice of good quality produce and it's nice to eat outdoors when the weather is fine. Brasserie and bar were good too.

Cons:

The weather was very warm and even on the highest setting the aircon wasn't great. The walk-in shower flooded the bathroom floor irrespective of where the shower head was angled. I was surprised that there was a charge for bottled water in the room as most hotels of this standard provide a couple for free daily.
