I end up leaving the place and they refuse to give me back my money , really bad experience

Pros:

Proximité de la gare de l'Est, je prenais un trin de bonne heure, c'était donc pratique de se trouver à proximité

Cons:

Personnel peu accueillant (qui m'a tutoyé) et propreté de l'établissement médiocre. Le prix un peu trop élevé pour la qualité de la prestation.

It's ok if you don't expect anything. I would go back if I knew I was just kipping there.
Pros:

It is what it is ! The rooms are basic, the shower and toilet were clean. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a place to sleep and nothing more so for the price it is fine. The concierge was friendly.

rapport qualité prix tout juste acceptable si séjour de courte durée . après se sera selon chacun.

A coté de la Gare de L'EST PARIS , c'est TOP. Acceuil aimable et courtois .

Cons:

Un effort sur le ménage ne serait pas du luxe , mais c'est satisfaisant et le respect des partis commune odeur tenace de tabacs sinon pour passer une ...deux nuit sa passe

Le personnel parle mal..je paye l hôtel et le lendemain on me demande une taxe de 2,5 de taxe..presque en m agressant...pourquoi c est pas compris ds le payement sur booking??

L’habitació era del tot un desastre. Els llençols amb cremades i els coixins bruts. Dels tres endolls, només funcionava un. De les llums només funcionava una. El lavabo era molt petit i amb cap mena d’acondicionament bàsic. La barra per posar la tovallola es queia, la dutxa amb sort sortia aigua calenta i el mirall brut i obsolet. Una autèntica vergonya. A més a més, et fam deixar la clau a recepció cada cop que surts i et posen hora de tornada a l’hotel per la nit. Impensable!
