Qualité bien dégradée avec le temps

Activité pour les enfants et les appartements hôtel pratique en famille

Qualité dégradée par rapport à quelle fois il ya 2-3 ans ou l’on a séjourné
Nous manquait balai et que les affaires (rien de dramatique mais au prix de l’hôtel on ne s’attend pas à cela) mais surtout le ménage une fois tous les 3 jours et nous mettre le rush pr quitter à midi pile alors que le Check in ne se fait qu’à partir de 16h c’est moyen

La dame blande du spa ,piscine chauffé’ est antipathique,ça manière de parlé avec les clients,elle ce croît qu’on est chez elle,comme ce genre de personnelle il ruine l’image de l’établissement,mon conseil à l’écarter de ce poste.

Pros:

La habitación es bastante grande, cómoda y limpia. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Tiene una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar, pero no tenía nada para hacer la limpieza, me toco comprarlos, creo que esos detalles pueden mejorarse.
