We hadden een verkeerde timing met Valencia. Het was het feest Fallas. Veel te druk

Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand

Unser Zimmer hat bei der Ankunft nach Kanalisation gestunken. Wir dachten, wenn wir lüften, würde das vergehen. Das war leider nicht der Fall, als wir am nächsten Tag das Zimmer betraten war der Gestank noch schlimmer. Wir sind sogar in der Nacht aufgewacht weil der Gestank so fürchterlich war. Als wir das der Rezeption meldeten, versicherten sie uns, sich um das Problem am nächsten Tag zu kümmern. Als wir dann eben am nächsten Tag unser Zimmer betraten, war der Gestank unerträglich. Wir meldeten der Rezeption, dass wir nicht weiter in diesem Zimmer bleiben können. Sie gaben uns als Antwort, dass das Hotel komplett ausgebucht sei und sie nach einer anderen Unterkunft für uns suchen werden. Nach einer Stunde sagten sie uns, dass sie nichts gefunden hätten, aber dass jetzt doch ein Zimmer im eigenen Hotel frei ist und sie dieses aber zuerst reinigen müssen. Das nahm weitere 2 Stunden in Anspruch, wir waren also gezwungen spätabends unser Zimmer zu wechseln und waren 3 Stunden ohne Zimmer. Über diesen Umstand beschwerten wir uns bei der Rezeption und forderten eine teilweise Rückerstattung, da der Aufenthalt so nicht gebucht wurde. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wies uns auf unfreundliche Art und Weise ab und meinte, er könne nichts machen, da die Buchung über Booking.com durchgeführt wurde, und wir deswegen nur über Booking.com eine Beschwerde einreichen könnten und dann sicher eine Lösung gefunden wird. Das habe ich gemacht, und die Antwort von Booking.com war, dass sie sich mit der Unterkunft in Verbindung gesetzt hätten und diese aber jegliche Beschwerde ablehnt. Also war die Aussage vom Mitarbeiter einfach eine Lüge, um mich abzuspeisen. Also absolut fürchterlicher Kundenservice.

Wir fanden dazu noch fremde Haare in unserem Bett und die Handtücher waren nicht sauber.

Außerdem ist neben der Unterkunft ein Beach-Club, der ab dem Nachmittag bis spät in die Nacht hinein laute Musik spielt, was das Schlafen erschwert hat.

Pros:

Sin duda, el desayuno. No es bufete pero es abundante y la mayoría son productos naturales (zumo de naranja, la macedonia de frutas frescas, no de bote, el croissant de pastelería...todo muy rico).
La habitación correcta, dos camas amplias, cómodas, TV de 45 pulgadas.
