Exceeded all expectations
Pros:

Excellent stay all around, totally above all expectations! Very friendly staff, amazing room with a private pool with a beautiful view. Huge bed! The hotel breakfast/restaurant served a great range of food throughout the day. The hotel itself backs onto a great beach with private access. We may have been a bit early in the season as we only saw a handful of guests. You certainly didn't have to worry about your pool sunbeds! Loved the area and the restraints a small walk away, we will certainly be coming back.

Cons:

Splitting hairs, but 2 options of car parking, €19 for secure shaded vehicle parking and €9 for secure open parking. Could offer guests a free secure option, but plenty of parking on the road so it's hardly a negative. Great hotel!!

gutes golf gute Lage, Service lässt zu wünschen übrig

die Lage ist hervorragend nur 5 Minuten vom Golfplatz, wer Golf spielt, bekommt durch das Hotel auch eine ermässigte Greenfee das ist sehr positiv

Cons:

es kommen grosse Gruppen, das stört mich nicht aber am Frühstück nach 10:00 Uhr wurden die Kaffeemaschine nicht mehr aufgefüllt und es reite sich grosse Kolonnen hinter einer Maschine, obwohl es drei Maschinen gab. Ich musste das Service Personal auffordern, diese Maschine gefälligst nach zu füllen und wir sind Gäste und keine Feinde. Sie sagte es sei schon spät und der Laden muss dich gemacht werden und ich sagte das sei eine Riesengruppe mit Militärangehörigen über 100 Leute und ich habe das ziemlich schlimm gefunden, dass da diese Kaffeemaschinen nicht ständig wieder nach gefüllt werden. Der marokkanische Eier Koch ist hervorragend und extrem nett aber ich habe dort schon Abend gegessen und das Fleisch war eiskalt, weil anscheinend dann die Wärme nicht gingen. Also es fehlt in diesem Hotel wirklich ein Hoteldirektor der die Sachen im Detail anschaut. Jetzt muss man sagen ich bin da vielleicht sehr anspruchsvoll Reise viel und das kann sein, dass es den Gruppen egal ist aber mir ist das nicht egal ich komme eigentlich hier nur wegen der Lage und wegen dem golf und ich weiss, dass meine Kritik sehr subjektiv ist aber ich finde das einfach nicht respektvoll gegenüber den Gästen ich denke, es herrscht eine starke Hierarchie und ich bin nicht sicher, ob die Stimmung unter den Mitarbeitern so gut ist. Man spürt einfach, ob ein Haus blüht oder nicht. Dieses Haus blüht aus meiner Sicht nicht. Wir hatten auch noch ein Spezialpaket mit Aufpreis und das war nicht teuer und dennoch hatten wir eine ein besseres Zimmer? Das war sehr schön. Dann hiess es sie bringen den Kaba aufs Zimmer. Wir hatten 1 Stunde gewartet, dann kam niemand. Wir haben dann reklamiert und man sagte, niemand hätte vom das Telefon beantwortet. Respektive die Rezeption hatte keinen Kontakt zur Küche nach nochmaligem reklamieren hat es dann geklappt aber immerhin schon 1 Stunde finde ich nicht ganz so toll.

El desayuno, los accesos a la playa

Cons:

Demasiadas hormiguitas en la habitacion, demasiada distancia entre las dos habitaciones de una misma reserva, cuando suponemos que habian habitaciones disponibles mas cercanas, de sobra, el Hotel estaba semivacio. Y las camas demasiado blanditas.

Top Lage am Strand, grosse Zimmer, schöner Pool Bereich
Pros:

Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt. Zimmer sind gross und geräumig und werden jeden Tag gesäubert.
Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.
Ganz nette Poolbar und schöne Hotelbar.

Cons:

Zimmer sind hellhörig.
Der Kühlschrank von der Minibar schaltet sich auch nachts immer wieder ein, was sehr laut ist. Da es ein Gefrierfach gibt, kann man ihn nicht einfach abschalten.
Das Internet ist sehr schwach und nur sporadisch verfügbar.
Der TV Empfang ist sehr schlecht, immer wieder kein Signal, sehr nervig.
Die Kaffeemachinen im Frühstücksraum sind sehr störanfällig, man braucht Geduld um eine funktionierende Maschine zu finden.
