Pros:

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, niesamowicie, niespotykana aż tak miła obsługa, hotel zlokalizowany w doskonałym miejscu. Bardzo czysto. Strefa SPA idealna jak na tak kameralny hotel. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i dziękujemy.

Cons:

Wentylację w pokoju i bardzo ciężko ustawić odpowiednią temperaturę w pokoju. W dzień świetnie, ale w nocy za gorąco się robiło.

Dream come true in the Dolomites
Pros:

It was really a magical experience in the heart of the dolomites , San Cristina in val Gardena!
The facilities of the hotel were just marvellous !
The staff was very very heartwarmingly kind and ready to help.
All the menus and the breakfast were beyond imagination.
The rooftop swimming pool was really a little wonder with a view of the peaks . The same for the sauna!
The relax room is really quiet and just perfect !
The location is Just perfect, 5min walk from a ski lift.

Ideal for a familiar stay in winter and summer as well!
We really felt ourselves like in a dream 😇❤️

Cons:

The parking lot was a bit tricky to find and after to park our car /really narrow spaces /

Not the greatest customer service experience at the onset, but that improved

Location worked for us. Great home base town.

Cons:

Things started out rather bumpy. The initial reception felt rushed and impersonal. The bar tender was very rude. The room was sweltering hot. However, after asking to check out after the first night, 2 of the staff worked particularly hard to convince us to stay and make us feel overall more welcomed and we were able to switch to a different, cooler part of the building. Booking.com was unable to be reached for assistance, so we are glad that the hotel staff turned things around. The restaurant next door was amazing!

Amazing place we will be back!!!
Pros:

Every thing is good about this property, definitely take the breakfast and dinner at their restaurants. The food is great, the service even better. The location is perfect and is kind of place that you just want to stay in.

Cons:

The sauna is not allowing bathing suits and lots of naked people there.

Everything was wonderful! The rooftop pool at sunset with poolside bar service was such a pleasant surprise . The staff, location, sauna, breakfast and amenities were all to die for. Hope to return one day.
