Tutto. Siamo arrivati e la signora ci ha accompagnato nella camera familiare. Non abbiamo fatto molto caso a come era visto che alloggiavamo in un 4 stelle. Abbiamo scaricato valigie e siamo usciti. Al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato delle formiche, inoltre abbiamo notato divano vecchio, sedia della camera macchiata, lavabo bagno rotto. Bagno stretto e vecchio. Ci siamo rivolti alla reception la quale, nonostante le nostre ripetute negazioni ha mandato la donna delle pulizie a spruzzare del veleno per formiche nella nostra camera. Mio marito gli ha detto che tutto ciò era inammissibile e che avrebbe chiamato ASL e carabinieri. Ci hanno cambiato appartamento. Almeno questo non aveva le formiche, il divano più nuovo, il lavabo non rotto MA non è una camera familiare con cucina da 4 stelle. La sedia in camera sporca, il bagno è piccolo e vecchio e soprattutto si sente tutto degli altri appartamenti, proprio tutto, ogni volta che qualcuno va in bagno anche nelle altre camere si sente l ' aspiratore. È stato un soggiorno da dimenticare. Ah un ultima cosa le finestre in alto fanno luce appena è giorno perché le tende non coprono.

Hotel is very nice and surrounded by nature, we had the Iris room, perfect for a family of four.

Our window was overlooking the garden and olive trees, we also enjoyed the spa ( children were thrilled) and restaurant (pasta with pistachio and guanciale was delicious), waiter was very kind.
Reception staff always available, relaxed and with smile.
I would like to come back today.



La struttura è molto bella e immersa nel verde.
Abbiamo avuto la camera Iris, spaziosa e perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone.
Panorama sul verde e gli ulivi, abbiamo goduto anche della SPA (i bambini sono rimasti estasiati) e del ristorante ( primo con pistacchio e guanciale eccezionale, cameriere gentilissimo).
Personale della reception sempre disponibile e con un bel sorriso.
Tornerei già oggi.

Struttura molto bella immersa nel verde

Cons:

Bagni arretrati, non è presente il piatti doccia e il pavimento si allaga completamente. la camera ha la finestra che dà sul corridoio per cui è rumoso con il passare delle persone

E' stata solo l'alloggio per una Notte di passaggio ma ci ha lasciato un'ottima impressione.

Parco molto ampio, struttura da cerimonie. Molto Verde, Orario in/Out 24 Ore, Colazione eccellente, personale alla colazione gentilissimo

Cons:

Alloggio Spartano Essenziale ( Struttura tipo Bungalow Evoluto ) ma Pulito e ben riscaldato con ampio bagno.

Tutta la struttura é veramente accogliente. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Il ristorante è confortevole, luminosissimo, piacevole alla vista è offre un servizio impeccabile. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Spa silenziosa e gradevole. Servizio trattamenti vario anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo. A due passi dalla bellissima Spoleto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima.
Sicuramente consigliato!
