Great central hotel with a fantastic breakfast and great staff
Pros:

Superb breakfast in a lovely bright room, really nice helpful staff. Location was excellent, just off the main seafront so quiet but just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable, AC worked fine

Cons:

Bathroom was small, the shower was ridiculous unless your a stick, we're not big but it was TIGHT! toilet was wedged in between a wall and the shower, again too tight for comfort.

Добра локация,лбезен персонал,, вкусна храна, чистота всичко беше безупречно.
На плажа си имахме подсигурени (пожелание) шезлонги и чадър за целия ни престой.

Great location, new hotel and good breakfast, near to the everytings and the beach.
Pros:

A new, modern hotel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. It is located just five minutes from the beach on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay, yet remains close to the main, bustling street. You can get a discount on beach gear by purchasing a beach ticket at reception. They have thought of everything. It was a wonderful stay with friendly staff.

Pros:

Ich bin deutlich früher an der Unterkunft angekommen und habe mein Zimmer problemlos und ohne zusätzliche Kosten erhalten. Auch das Parken am Hotel war ohne Probleme möglich.

Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur etwa fünf Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist.

Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Pros:

Il personale è sempre a disposizione ed è d’accordo di aiuto con tutta la logistica di un viaggio.
La colazione è molto buona ci sono uova bacon, cereali, frutta fresca, molti dolci e torte e cornetti.

Il phon è di quelli a muro che non asciugano per niente i capelli, ma io avevo portato il mio quindi nessun problema, sono sicuro che comunque me ne avrebbero foro uno se lo

Pros:

Julia and her colleague were excellent when they arranged for the return of my mobile phone after dropping it in a taxi. They organised it's return next morning. Mille Grazie!! The service and breakfast are great at Calypso Hotel. Very convenient location to many restaurants. Thank you.

A good place
Pros:

This is a good place,where staff are friendly and very helpful.
The room has met our expectations, it was very clean. The beds are comfortable. Daily housekeeping.
The hotel is located in a tree lined, quiet side road, in walking distance to train station and also the beech.
Airport bus no 9 running at 20 min intervals to and from the airport to Rimini station, reached on foot , 300 yards down from the hotel and using the passage running under the station.
Also
The air conditioning was efficient.
There was a small fridge in the room, efficient.
Kettle only on request.
Beach towels available.

Cons:

unfortunately there are some negatives:
1. Booking does not state that the room comes without outdoors space: a balcony or terrace, we found this out thereafter, we agreed to pay an additional 10 euro/ night to secure this because it was impotent for us. I am finding this misleading as the room with a balcony we had (a triple room) was no different to the one we looked at on the advert and booked based on the pictures attached?
2. Also, finding info re breakfast options confusing on Booking, easy to get it wrong, if you are not careful. We paid an additional 8.50 euro pp at the hotel.
3. Beach services could be improved.
There are only two small box changing rooms and one male and one female toilet on the beech, accessible only on request, as they are kept locked, they look old and shabby, feels like getting into a garden shed, very hot and uncomfortable to use as outdoors temperature rose above 34C.
Customer care of beech attendants could be improved.
If you have the time, shop around for alternative places.

Lovely stay in Rimini (Marina centro)
Pros:

The hotel is super central, just a few steps away from shops and restaurant, and 5 mins away from the beach. It's very quiet at night, no noise at all. The staff at the reception is available 24/7 and it's there to to help with any request. The hotel offers a special deal with a local beach establishment (bagno), which is quite convenient. The room was simple but had averything we needed.
