Nous avons effectué une réservation hier soir. Après avoir procédé au paiement, nous avons reçu un message indiquant que l’espace bien-être était actuellement fermé et qu’il ne rouvrirait que le 24 avril. Cette information n’était pas mentionnée sur le site de réservation au moment de la réservation, ce qui est très décevant.

Par ailleurs, lorsque j’ai contacté l’accueil par téléphone pour obtenir des explications, la personne avec qui j’ai échangé s’est montrée peu professionnelle et a élevé la voix en affirmant que cette information était bien indiquée sur Booking, ce qui n’était pas le cas lors de notre réservation.

Même si vous ne souhaitez pas procéder à un remboursement, nous tenons à exprimer notre profonde déception face à cette expérience, qui ne correspond pas aux attentes que nous avions.

Nice hotel… shame everything was shut
Pros:

Great welcome. I arrived early and they allowed an early check in. The location, whilst far from everything, is great if you like runnjng: access to the bords de Seine which is great.

Cons:

Everything was shut during my stay (gym/wellness facilities, restaurant, etc).

Eine postive Überraschung mitten im Grünen
Pros:

Ich hatte ein ganz neu es Zimmer. Großzügiges Bad sehr gutes Bett.
Der Komplex steht mitten im Grünen
Für Pariser Verhältnisse einen sehr großen Parkplatz mit viel Schatten
Die Hotel Küche hat mich angenehm überrascht ( Besser als der Ruf)
