Must Stay in Madrid
Pros:

Superior location close to restaurants, markets and attractions. This gorgeous room had great lighting and amenities and a very accommodating staff. Our room had a great terrace overlooking the street. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Can't think of anything we did not like.

A good night’s sleep is everything - wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed; excellent breakfast; friendly staff. Easy walk to sights of Madrid.

Cons:

Was not the room I thought I had booked.
Had wanted something a bit special for our last night in Europe.
Bathroom was odd - no toilet roll holder, nowhere to hang towels. A toilet cubicle and a shower cubicle with an open space between them.
The street noise level was unacceptable resulting in a poor night’s sleep.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Absolute Toplage in der Innenstadt. Alles bestens fußläufig zu erreichen. Kleine, aber ausreichende und sehr saubere Zimmer. Exzellentes und sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Eigentlich nichts.

Da tornare ogni volta che si è a Madrid
Pros:

L’albergo è in una posizione perfetta sull’Arenal a 10 minuti dal palazzo reale, 10 minuti da Callao l’inizio della Gran Via e 20 minuti dal Prado. Estremamente pulito offre una colazione estremamente abbondante.

Hervorragendes Hotel in Spitzenlage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum, zu den zentralen Plätzen Playa Mayor (2 Gehminuten) und Puerto del Sol (5 Gehminuten) sind es nur wenige Schritte, die Zimmer sind großzügig und das Frühstück fantastisch, Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, absolut empfehlenswert, da gibt man gerne ein paar Euro mehr aus

Cons:

Os andares mais baixo você escuta um pouco de barulho da rua, ficamos no primeiro andar, recomendo tentar pegar os andares superiores.

Definitely great choice of hotel in a great location, value for money.
Pros:

Fabulous location, wonderful vibe and really well appointed hotel in the midst of all the hustle bustle walking to everything.
Great breakfast and friendly & helpful staff.

Cons:

Initial room assigned at the bank if hotel overlooking tanks was larger but window blinds tacky and see through. We’re happy to change room immediately.
