Tudo muito agradável e perfeito.
Pros:

Tudo excelente. Quarto bem espaçoso e confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso e com muita variedade, tudo perfeitamente limpo, e a localização sensacional, perto de tudo. O staff é nota 1000, desde a recepção, pessoal do restaurante e camareiras. Todos muito gentis e prestativos. Amei e recomendo.

Beautifully decorated hotel in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Beautiful decor, especially the entrance. The location is right in the middle of everything, but not loud at night. Breakfast was great and had good variety. The room and bathroom were great.

Albergo in posizione strategica
Pros:

La struttura è centrale e ben collegata, si trova in una delle vie più belle di Madrid. L’hotel è pulito e accogliente. La colazione è super! Lo staff cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Si potrebbe migliorare un po’ l’arredo, di solito negli hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspetta almeno le ciabatte in camera.

Wonderfull place...
Pros:

Hotel is on great location with a very charming entrace surounded by beautifull flowers. Every mayor turist attraction is on a walking distance.

The stuff is really great. Nice, full of suport. The thing that blow me off my feed is that they gave us the room 2 hours before chack-in time.
