Beautifully maintained building and wonderful staff and perfectly located.
Pros:

It was beautifully maintained, and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was expensive and included both proteins and yummy bakery goods. The dinners were exceptional enhanced by the weight staff.

Comodità, cortesia e posizione strategica per visitare Pienza e la splendida Val d’Orcia.
Pros:

Accoglienza, cortesia del personale, camera, comodità parcheggio, posizione strategica.

Cons:

L’unico motivo per cui ho dato 9 anziché 10, deriva dalla colazione, che ho trovato migliorabile. In compenso, grande attenzione e gentilezza da parte della signora presente in sala.

Great hotel, convenient location
Pros:

The staff was great, especially the lady in the breakfast room and both receptionists. Very attentive and knowledgeable. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very large and comfortable, good size bathroom and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was on the second floor but the lift only takes you to the first floor, so we have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs, which is not ideal for such a prominent hotel in Pienza.
The hotel has a private car park but it comes at a 20 euros per night on top of the room. We did find some free parking just nearby but these are very few and it might be difficult to find a spot in a more busy period of the year. Something to bear in mind when booking and budgeting your holiday
