There was mould on the walls. No standalone showers available as advertised. The jets in the bath, had some awful yellow sealant on. The suites were bland soulless rooms.

Cons:

The curfew was not communicated during check-in and unfortunately, we were locked out with a six month old baby after returning from a wedding nearby. Thankfully, we were able to gain entrance soon. However, this information should have been provided so we could have planned accordingly.

De ligging is fantastisch. Je loopt zo het oude centrum binnen.
Een eigen op parkeergarage tegen betaling.
Wat wij het meest waarderen is de servicegerichte houding van het de mensen die er werken. Ze waren zonder uitzondering erg aardig en behulpzaam.
Dat maakt dat je je als gast welkom voelt.

Pros:

Nice hotel with friendly staff located just steps away from the wonderful town of Pienza. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The underground parking garage worked out great!

Cons:

Arriving by car can be tricky because there is only one parking space in front of the hotel. We double parked without issue.
