Pros:

On the Camino and this was close to Pamplona so I could walk in easily the next day and still have plenty of time to look around Pamplona.
Overnight reception staff were excellent. The lady phoned ahead to my Pamplona accommodation to clarify something for me - very helpful!

Pros:

Ho preso due camere, entrambe molto grandi e tranquille. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale alla reception disponibilissimo. Il ristorante è ottimo. Raramente ho trovato un albergo migiore, anche di categoria superiore. Il centro di Pamplona si raggiunge in Autobus in 10 minuti.

Cons:

Le peu d' amabilité du service restaurant. Installés à 22h10, avec leur accord, au restaurant,il leur a fallu 20 mm pour prendre la commande et revenir nous dire que la cuisine est fermée, donc plus de possibilité de dîner.
