Schönes geräumiges Zimmer - nettes, hilfreiches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und das Bette war sehr angenehm. Klimaanlage nicht störend. Terrasse vorhanden und der Blick auf die Stadt gegeben. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit - Eine Frau kam sichtlich durch die Hitze (38Grad) gezeichnet ins Hotel - obwohl die Frau kein Gast war, kümmerte man sich sofort um sie (Wasser wurde ihr gereicht). Man hat gesehen, dass das Wohl der Gäste bzw. Personen wichtig ist und im Vordergrund seht. Dafür würde ich einen Zusatzstern geben.

Cons:

Die Dusche mit der Badewanne kombiniert und die Wartezeiten am Lift etwas lange sind. Das sind aber meine persönlichen Empfindungen.
